2. Summary of application for initial registration of enterprise-level builders;

3. Attachment materials:

1) copy of the qualification certificate of the first-class constructor (all pages with red seals need to be copied); A copy of the professional category examination certificate of the first-class constructor (copies of the front and back sides are required to apply for additional majors);

2) Copy of education certificate and identity certificate (copy of front and back of resident ID card);

3) A copy of the employment contract signed by the applicant and the practicing enterprise or a copy of the labor, personnel and salary relationship certificate issued by the practicing enterprise;

4) Proof of continuing education during the latest registration period of the applied major (provided if it has not been registered for more than 3 years);

5) Copy of enterprise qualification certificate.
