As a teacher, how should I educate my students?
For junior high school students, who are all thirteen or fourteen years old, they are basically sensible and need some strategies in education. How should we educate them? I think there are the following points: 1, establish the image of teachers. Dress, talk, do things, and be a teacher. 2. Gain the trust of students. Give students a smile, comfort and encouragement in class, and make friends with them. 3. Care for students. Lower the status of teachers, treat students equally, always care about their learning situation, teach people tirelessly, always ask them questions, and love them like parents. 4. Teaching health content through examples. 5. Find the bright spots of students, encourage them in time and give them affirmation. 6, often live with students, play games and activities together. This will make students feel that you are an amiable, approachable and respected good teacher. Why shouldn't students listen to teaching?
