Reading Notes on Children's Skills Training Law
The reading book selected this week is "Children's Skills Training Law", written by Mr. Ben Furman of Finland. He is a trainer of registered psychotherapists and a famous focus-solving master in Finland. He has rich teaching experience in focus-solving psychology. This book was translated by Ms. Li Hongyan, the first person to promote children's skills education law in China, Furman, Finland. So far, this book has been translated into 18 different languages.

First, the need for self-growth. Many teachers and friends have read this book in Amway, and bought it in Double Eleven, but I haven't read it, so in order to force myself to use output to force input, I took part in new activities.

Second, the need for career transformation. I just attended the certification course of active parenting tutor, and I need to expand the dimension of knowledge connection, eager to understand the skills training of this book. I want to combine the concept and method of active discipline with Finnish children's skill training, expand my own dimension, and make myself more calm in the process of raising children.

Third, the need to raise children. As a working mother, I need to constantly learn parenting knowledge, constantly increase my wisdom, so that I can cope with all kinds of challenges in the process of children's growth, and strive to be a smart mother who understands and loves children.

This book is divided into two parts. The first part introduces the fifteen steps of parenting, and the second part introduces some cases of parents using parenting to solve problems.

I think 15 step skill education method can be divided into four parts: determining learning skills, stimulating the enthusiasm of skill learning, practicing and consolidating skills, and determining the next learning skills.

First, determine the learning skills.

Step 1 Turn problems into skills: the most important thing is skill identification-find the skills behind the problems.

We need to think, what skills do children need to learn to make the problem disappear? When children have many problems or complex problems, we can think that children have some skills to learn or strengthen, decompose the complex problems and make the list of problems into a list of skills.

The second step is to agree on the skills to be learned: after the skill list is completed, discuss and negotiate with your child the first skill to be learned. When recommending skills, use "We hope you learn" instead of "I hope you learn".

Second, stimulate the enthusiasm of skill learning.

Explore the benefits of having this skill: discuss how skill learning can help you, your parents and others.

Step4 Give the skill a name: The more children participate in the planning of skill learning, the more active they are.

Choose a magical baby: Encourage your child to choose an animal or other toy to support her learning skills.

Step6 Recruit supporters: It can be understood as the encouragement and help of parents, teachers, brothers and sisters, requiring children to recruit supporters themselves.

Step 7 Build confidence: When a child feels that others believe that he can learn this skill, he will be sure that he can learn it. Let children believe that he has the ability to learn this skill, which is an indispensable "spark" to ignite their passion for learning.

The eighth step is to plan the way to celebrate: how to celebrate after learning skills in advance is equivalent to giving the child a hint that he will definitely learn this skill and stimulate the enthusiasm of the child to learn skills.

Third, skills practice and consolidation.

Step 9 define skills: invite children to tell you and show you. How will he behave when he learns skills? Cultivate children's imagination and explore what will happen after having this skill.

Step 10 publicity: publicity is to let everyone know what skills children are learning. Only by knowing what skills the child is learning can everyone support, encourage and help him well.

Step 1 1 Practice skills: The best way is to practice, which takes time to train and needs to be gradual.

Step 12 reminder skills: let the child tell us how he wants others to remind him when he forgets his skills. It is better to regard sometimes retrogression as a temporary forgetfulness, rather than a recurrence of problems.

Celebrate success: once children have mastered skills, they should celebrate. This is also an opportunity for children to thank those who have helped him in his skill learning.

Step 14 teach skills to others: teaching is the best learning, and encourage children to teach skills to other children.

Fourth, make sure to learn the next learning skill.

When the child learns to master the first skill, he can make an agreement with the child to learn the next skill, and can repeat the previous 14 steps.

The core of this book is 15 step children's skill education method, which is the perfect application of coaching technology in family education and parenting education. The seemingly complicated 15 footwork is actually linked step by step, and each step is meaningful and operable. Even if you don't know the coaching skills, you can help us and our children. Because as long as you do it, you will get something.

15 does the ladder skills education method have to be gradual? I think this is also a skill we need to learn. At the beginning of learning, you are not skilled, so you can follow each step carefully. When we are proficient, we can use these methods flexibly.

After reading this book, I have a strong feeling that the problems and challenges we encounter in the process of raising children are skills that we and our children need to learn. Not only children need to learn skills, but we adults can also solve many problems in this way.

What impressed me the most in the whole book is step 1, which regards the problems that children have in the process of growing up as skills that need to be learned. Often at this time, we can look at children's problems more objectively and avoid many subjective emotions.

The Child Skills Parenting Act is really a very practical parenting reference book. I think as a beginner, you can start by making a list of questions and changing the list of skills, respect children, invite them to discuss, choose a skill that is easier to realize, and start practicing step by step to increase their self-confidence.

Growth is a process of continuous learning. It doesn't matter if there is a problem. We can eliminate them one by one by constantly learning skills. Before skills are acquired, what we have to do is to accept children's imperfections and encourage them to make small steps forward.
