Everyone is respected. "Children are feet, education is shoes" conforms to each child's "nearest development zone" and gives them a truly suitable education. At the same time, it also embodies teachers' educational behavior and ideas: patience, principles and methods. Respect children's wishes, care for their hearts, and make them feel that they are the masters of the world; At the same time, patiently help children construct principles, and never indulge aimlessly.
