The national education system includes general higher full-time education, adult higher education, self-study examination, online distance education and the National Open University (RTVU). Graduates obtain diplomas of junior college, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students through these channels. These diplomas are registered electronically in the Ministry of Education and can be searched permanently in Xue Xin. They have been widely recognized by the country, society and the international community.
