Anyang normal University, located in Anyang City, Henan Province, is a provincial comprehensive university with a history of one hundred years. The school's predecessor was Zhang Defu anyang normal College, which was founded in 1908. 1949 was named Pingyuan Provincial anyang normal School, and 1958 was renamed anyang normal College.
1960 was renamed Anyang No.1 Normal University, 1978 was restored to anyang normal College, and 1992 was renamed anyang normal College. In 2000, anyang normal College, Anyang Education College and Anyang No.2 Normal College merged to form anyang normal College. 20 1 1 was approved by the State Council Academic Degree Office as a pilot unit for postgraduate training.
