Facing the new situation, we should have new ideas in educational development, new breakthroughs in educational reform and new measures in educational work. In order to further accelerate the leap-forward development of education in our city, according to "the State Council's Decision on the Reform and Development of Basic Education" and "Nanning Municipal People's Government's Decision on Accelerating the Development of Education", our bureau has formulated this plan on the basis of earnestly summing up the experience of the Tenth Five-Year Plan.
