"Overseas Training Program" is a joint initiative of municipal universities and well-known overseas universities to train outstanding students. Municipal colleges and universities send some students to visit abroad for about 2 years every year. The Municipal Education Commission will set up a number of "overseas bases" for higher education in Beijing to receive students from municipal universities. At the same time, encourage and support municipal universities to actively establish and improve a long-term mechanism to jointly train students with well-known overseas universities, and constantly broaden the channels for students to study abroad.
