2. Non-orientation means that you are uncertain about your future work unit at the time of admission, and you are free to find a work unit after graduation.
The difference between directed students and non-directed students;
First, the nature is different.
1. Orientation students: Orientation students are employed according to orientation contracts.
2. Non-directional students: Non-directional students choose employment according to the recommendation of the school and the two-way choice between themselves and the employer.
Second, the plan is different.
1. Orientation students: refers to the policies formulated to help remote areas, ethnic minority areas and industries with difficult working environment to cultivate talents and ensure that they can obtain a certain number of graduates. Candidates are required to voluntarily fill in the orientation employment enrollment volunteers in colleges and universities. Once they are admitted as orientation students according to relevant policies, they must sign relevant orientation employment agreements with universities and orientation employment units before enrollment.
2. Non-directional students: Non-directional training of graduate students is non-directional training within the national plan, and the training expenses of candidates are allocated by the central or local governments. Therefore, candidates do not need to pay tuition fees when they enter school, and the state gives a certain living allowance every month, generally around 260 yuan. At the time of enrollment, candidates also need to transfer their files, personnel, registered permanent residence, salary relations, etc. to the school, and implement "two-way choice" in employment upon graduation.
