Detailed rules for the implementation of the integration pilot work
First, the examiner declares the institution.
(a) the examination institutions connecting professional courses with undergraduate courses must be ordinary universities with the right to award corresponding professional degrees, among which the examination institutions for teachers' majors must be normal universities or ordinary universities offering teachers' majors.
(2) Ordinary colleges and universities choose the undergraduate majors to be offered in the catalogue of undergraduate majors offered by the existing self-study exams in our region, and submit a written application report to the office of self-study exams in the autonomous region. In principle, each ordinary university can only apply for 1-5 professional programs.
(3) The Autonomous Region Self-taught Examination Office shall, according to the school-running characteristics and advantages of the bidding universities, give a reply to the application for setting up a bridging major in ordinary universities. In principle, the connection between junior college and undergraduate course is not repeated between the examiners' colleges.
(IV) Ordinary institutions of higher learning, after being approved by the Autonomous Region Self-taught Examination Office to become a professional examiner of convergence, should designate a special department (generally the College of Continuing Education) to be responsible for the development of the convergence of undergraduate and undergraduate courses, and be equipped with full-time management personnel suitable for the scale of the cause.
Second, professional opening
(a) higher vocational colleges should be based on the situation of students and school conditions, in accordance with the same or similar principles with the school, to determine the university where the candidates are located after the convergence of majors. A major that has no students for two consecutive years should be closed. If the closed major is reopened, it is necessary to re-apply to the university where the examiner is located.
(2) Examination institutions define communication courses and convergence courses according to the curriculum of the corresponding professional plan for self-study exams facing the society, set practical and applied courses according to the requirements of the training objectives of convergence majors, and formulate specific convergence professional plans. The convergence specialty plan includes four parts: communication course, convergence course, practice and application course and additional examination course; Communication courses are generally public politics courses and public basic courses, while convergence courses are professional courses, while practice and application courses are special courses added for convergence majors. Non-professional college candidates need to add courses to apply for this major.
(3) The examiners' colleges and universities shall report the cooperative class-running plan (see Annex 1) and the corresponding connecting professional plan (see Annex 2) and the student guidance plan to the Autonomous Region Self-taught Office within the specified time, and record the tested majors at the same time. The connecting majors of undergraduate courses in colleges and universities should be opened continuously, and the majors without students for two consecutive years should be closed.

Third, publicity organization and registration
(1) Higher vocational colleges only offer undergraduate-undergraduate convergence majors for their students, and may not organize students from different places or arrange students to be placed in classes.
(2) Higher vocational colleges should report enrollment brochures, advertisements and other publicity materials to the examiners in May each year to carry out publicity work. Relevant publicity materials shall be summarized by the examiners' colleges and submitted to the Autonomous Region Self-taught Office for the record before the end of June each year.
(3) Higher vocational colleges should seek truth from facts when introducing the general situation of the school in various forms and propaganda, and should not exaggerate. When it comes to the connection between majors, it is necessary to make clear the nature of self-study exams. Students voluntarily apply to the school for registration according to the catalogue of connecting majors published by their higher vocational colleges.
(4) Higher vocational colleges should report the enrollment list of freshmen to the relevant examiner colleges before the end of 10 every year, and establish a student status file. At the same time, the enrollment list of students entering higher vocational colleges is provided. After the submission is completed, no additional registration in any form will be accepted.
(5) Examining the freshmen's registration qualifications and enrollment majors linked with specialties according to the admission roster of colleges and universities, and feeding back the approved freshmen list to relevant higher vocational colleges before the end of each year 1 1. Fourthly, the management of student financial aid.
(1) Higher vocational colleges, under the guidance of examiner colleges, are responsible for the implementation of student-aided counseling for connecting majors, and the counseling location is located in higher vocational colleges. (B) Higher vocational colleges should attach importance to freshmen's entrance education. It is necessary to strengthen honesty education, organize students to learn the relevant regulations, rules and systems of self-study exams, and ensure the normal teaching order and exam quality of majors connected with undergraduate courses.
(3) The examiners' colleges shall, in conjunction with higher vocational colleges, formulate a feasible student counseling plan according to the curriculum setting and the length of study of the professional projects connected with this specialty. When making the connection plan between undergraduate and undergraduate, we should not only consider the gradual progress of the first course and subsequent courses, but also consider the balance of the number of courses in each semester.
(D) Higher vocational colleges should attach great importance to teaching management, and set up or designate functional departments to be responsible for the daily teaching and management of their majors. (seven) the formation of a supervision mechanism for the convergence of professional courses. The examination time shall be decided by relevant examiners and higher vocational colleges, but it shall be arranged before the unified examination. The examiners' colleges and universities must organize the convergence course examination in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Examination Committee and the Autonomous Region Self-taught Examination Committee, and follow the principle of "separation of teaching and examination".
(V) Examiners' colleges and universities pilot students' practice and application course examinations are arranged in their higher vocational colleges.

Sixth, performance management.
(1) Communication courses with mutually recognized scores shall be declared by the examiners' colleges and universities at the same time to the Autonomous Region Self-taught Office, and shall be declared to the Autonomous Region Self-taught Office together with the convergence professional plan (see Annex 3), which shall be examined and approved by the Autonomous Region Self-taught Office. When students apply for mutual recognition of scores, the academic affairs office of higher vocational colleges participating in the pilot will issue transcripts and submit them to the examiner's institution. After being reviewed by the examiners' colleges, the data will be reported through the communication course score management module of the self-taught examination system, and the course scores and credits will be recognized by the self-taught examination office of the autonomous region after review, which will be permanent and effective. Pilot students who apply for mutual recognition of course scores must continue their studies in higher vocational colleges, and cannot apply again after leaving higher vocational colleges due to graduation, dropout or other reasons.
(2) After the examination results of the connecting courses are summarized and audited by the examiners' colleges, the relevant data will be reported through the self-examination system at the end of April and before the end of 10 every year, and the paper documents (see Annex 4) will be reported to the self-examination office of the autonomous region. The final score of the convergence course is synthesized by the school examination results and the unified examination results in proportion, and is issued by the autonomous region self-study office, which is permanent and effective.
(three) the school examination results of each bridging course are only reported once, and once reported, they shall not be changed. Those who fail in the final grade of the synthetic convergence course are only allowed to take the make-up exam of the unified examination part of the convergence course, and the final grade and the school examination results are re-synthesized.
(4) The scores of the additional examination courses shall be filled in by higher vocational colleges through the self-examination system, and the course scores and credits shall be determined by the self-examination office of the autonomous region after examination, and the scores and credits shall be permanently valid.
(five) for higher vocational students who have taken the self-study exam before the convergence of colleges and universities, the qualified results are still valid.
Seven, graduation management
(1) Students who have completed all the courses (including practice and graduation thesis) specified in the professional plan of our college, with qualified grades, hold the graduation certificate of our college, and the higher vocational colleges will apply to the local municipal study room for graduation in late May and late 10 every year.
(II) Those who meet the graduation conditions shall be issued with a self-taught undergraduate graduation certificate by the Autonomous Region Self-taught Examination Committee, which shall be countersigned by the examiners' colleges and universities and awarded with the corresponding bachelor's degree.
(III) Students who participate in the junior college connection, after leaving higher vocational colleges due to graduation (dropping out) or other reasons, fail to pass all the course examinations stipulated in the examination plan, and can continue to participate in the higher education self-study examination in our region with the original admission ticket for the higher education self-study examination. The grades that passed the course and the school exams that failed the course continue to be valid.
(IV) Within five years from the date of signing the diploma of junior college, students who meet the graduation requirements still have to return to the original higher vocational colleges to apply for graduation, and receive the undergraduate diploma of higher education self-study examination issued by the autonomous region self-study examination committee and countersigned by the examiners of the original colleges. Those who meet the requirements for applying for a bachelor's degree shall be awarded a bachelor's degree by the original college. Five years later, those who have passed all the courses specified in the professional plan of higher education self-study examination and meet the graduation requirements shall go through the graduation application formalities at any local self-study examination office in the region and receive the undergraduate graduation certificate of higher education self-study examination issued by the self-study examination committee of the autonomous region and countersigned by the examiners and universities facing the society. Those who meet the conditions for degree granting shall apply for a bachelor's degree from the examiners and universities facing the society.
Eight, charge management
(a) to carry out the convergence of examiners colleges and higher vocational colleges, according to the charging standards for the record of the price department, to collect tuition fees for non-academic education from the students who are connected. Fees must be announced to students. The fees shall be collected by unified bills recognized by the relevant administrative departments of the government.
(2) Higher vocational colleges pay a certain percentage of management fees (excluding graduation thesis [design] guidance fees and defense fees) to relevant examiners every year according to actual expenses, and must ensure that 60% of tuition fees are used for teaching counseling activities.
(3) Registration fee, admission fee, course exemption examination and approval fee, and single subject certificate fee shall be collected by higher vocational colleges and handed over to the local study room. Thesis guidance and defense fees and practical course assessment fees are collected by higher vocational colleges and paid to the institutions where examiners are located.
Nine, strengthen leadership
The connection between undergraduate courses and undergraduate courses is a form of education that combines national examinations with school assistance. All aspects of the teaching process and examination process are strictly standardized and timely, and all work should be effectively strengthened and organized.
