In order to do a good job in the recruitment of school teachers in the national and local rural compulsory education stage in 20 18, according to the spirit of the documents of the general office of the Ministry of Education and the general office of the Ministry of Finance, and in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of the state and the autonomous region, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Working principles
(1) Adhere to the employment standard of "having both ability and political integrity and putting morality first" and the principle of "openness, fairness, voluntariness and merit selection".
(2) Adhere to the principle of internal recruitment. Cities and counties (districts) must ensure that the recruitment of special post teachers is within the approved total number of primary and secondary school teachers. The service period of the recruited special post teachers is 3 years, and they are included in the management of local teachers during the service period.
(3) Adhere to the principle of "setting counties, schools and posts" and encourage and guide college graduates to find jobs at the grassroots level. The recruited special post teachers are arranged to teach in rural compulsory education schools, and shall not be adjusted at will.
(four) adhere to the principle of investigating what is reported and correcting what is wrong. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process of special post teachers. If fraud is found, the recruitment qualification of special post teachers will be cancelled.
