Their psychological problems have aroused widespread concern in the whole society. Mental health can be divided into broad sense and narrow sense. Broadly speaking, it refers to people's long-term efficient and satisfactory psychological state. In a narrow sense, it means that people's cognition, emotion, will, behavior and personality can be coordinated and synchronized with social requirements.
Second, the implementation status of mental health education
Secondary vocational education is an important part of China's education system, and the mental health problems of secondary vocational students should be paid full attention to. Students in secondary vocational schools are in adolescence, which is an important period for their outlook on life and world. Therefore, mental health education in secondary vocational schools should clarify the service targets and educational objectives, improve the personality of secondary vocational students and guide them to establish a correct outlook on life and values. In the process of education, we should also pay attention to methods, increase publicity while teaching, actively carry out individual psychological counseling and group psychological counseling courses, and implement mental health education in a three-pronged manner. However, due to the expansion of university enrollment in recent years and the surge in the number of college students, secondary vocational education has not received due attention. According to the survey, most secondary vocational schools have not set up students' mental health management institutions. The establishment of mental health courses, publicity and consultation professionals, development funds and venues have not been implemented, and all these problems have led to the existence of mental health education in secondary vocational schools.
Thirdly, analyze the implementation of mental health education in secondary vocational education.
The general environment has a great influence on the mental health education in secondary vocational schools, and at the same time, the internal teaching management in secondary vocational schools has not received enough attention. First of all, the allocation of resources is unreasonable; Secondly, the implementation path of mental health education is not scientifically planned; Finally, there are too few levels of mental health education, lack of intermediate links, and there is no grass-roots organization in the class, which can not reflect and feedback the psychological status of students in time.
Fourthly, the implementation path of mental health education in secondary vocational education.
1. Establish and improve the working system and management organization of mental health education.
The implementation of mental health education is different from the implementation of general courses. To carry out this work and find out the correct implementation path, we must first establish a scientific system according to the characteristics of this education. The mental health education system in secondary vocational schools can be divided into management institutions and working institutions, forming a parallel system of work and supervision. Among them, the education management organization suggested that the party secretary of the college should be the team leader, lead the vice president in charge of student work and relevant teachers and student representatives, and be responsible for the resource allocation and effect supervision of mental health education in the whole school. The establishment of working institutions should be hierarchical. First, set up a psychological intervention group for college students, then set up a mental health counseling group in each class, set up mental health teachers, hire professionals to give regular counseling to students, and set up a publicity group of a certain scale to ensure that the resources allocated by the management institutions are fully utilized and all specific work is implemented.
2. Establish and improve the psychological education network system.
School mental health education should also reflect the characteristics of multi-level and multi-point coverage, and at least three-level networks should be established. First of all, we should hire people with professional qualifications as school psychological counseling teachers and establish school hierarchy? Only by establishing a multi-level organization can we combine the advantages given and make good use of the resources allocated by the school to implement mental health education.
3. Strengthen the construction of mental health education teachers and improve the comprehensive quality of teachers.
Compared with society, schools have many characteristics of their own, and it is not enough to rely solely on the introduction of mental health consulting professionals. Schools must cultivate excellent teachers with professional ability to enrich the post of mental health education, so that professional ability can be closely combined with student work to achieve seamless docking and better carry out psychological education.
4. Pay attention to the important educational channels of psychological education and improve the teaching efficiency of psychological education.
Education curriculum is the most important part of school education. Only by offering mental health consultation courses can school mental health education be truly implemented and popularized. According to the characteristics of secondary vocational schools, compulsory courses and elective courses can be set up, that is, first-year students who have just entered the school are still very dependent on their thoughts and cannot learn by themselves well. Therefore, compulsory courses can be taken for them, while elective courses can be offered for other middle and senior students, which can save educational resources, carry out more activities and publicity, and achieve the goal of popularizing mental health education. In addition, the design and content of mental health education courses must keep pace with the times, and the purpose of offering courses is to help students grow better. Therefore, the teaching content should try to avoid lengthy and boring explanations and exams, and adopt more modes such as team counseling, outdoor activities and outdoor development training. Through these activities, students' enthusiasm can be fully mobilized, so as to enhance their communication and thinking ability.
5. Improve teachers' overall mental health level and psychological education awareness.
After the establishment of various mental health education institutions and the allocation of resources, this work should be carried out well. The implementation of institutions at all levels directly stems from the understanding of the importance of mental health education in secondary vocational schools by school leaders and teachers. Therefore, improving teachers' overall awareness of mental health education is the basis for schools to do this work well. Specific measures can be taken as follows: (1) School leaders should be stationmasters of psychological consultation workstations to improve teachers' attention; (2) Encourage teachers engaged in students' ideological education to obtain the national psychological consultant qualification certificate, and fully reimburse the expenses, and give moral and material rewards to the certified teachers. I believe that if we invest in these two aspects, the school will certainly improve the understanding of the whole teaching staff on students' mental health education, thus enhancing the execution of the work.
