Shenzhen is a city of reform and opening up, which has set an example for Chinese people in all aspects. But it is not as good as Guangzhou in terms of historical and cultural precipitation. Speaking of English training, the history is relatively short, there are no well-known local brands, and most of them are emerging training institutions in recent years.

In my humble opinion, I think it is better to learn English in Guangzhou. Traditional universities include Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, South China Normal University and School of Foreign Languages of Sun Yat-sen University, all of which have professional English training, but the training for advanced students is slightly lower than that for undergraduates because it is extra.

As far as I know, there is an English training institution in Guangzhou that subverts traditional education and breaks through the bottleneck of deaf-mute English. It is called Guangzhou Oriental English College, which has a good reputation and brand in adult oral English training. It has been running for 16 years, and has trained tens of thousands of successful people and overseas students. It is a low-key and high-quality closed school, which is worth enrolling.
