Future student development prospects
It is understood that the Future Pupil Series Building (Grand Theatre) project is located in the core area of Future Pupil in the Silk Road Science City area of Xi High-tech Zone, adjacent to the planned No.37 Road in the west and the water surface of Future Pupil Lake in the east, with a planned net land area of about 140 mu and a total construction area of about190,000 square meters.
As the most important public cultural supporting facilities in the Silk Road Science City area, the future primary school series building (Grand Theatre) project has five functional sections. Among them, the cultural and artistic center (Grand Theatre) is its core function.
At the same time, the project also supports the construction of science and technology center, city exhibition hall, supporting service room, underground parking lot and so on. And connect them into a whole through underground space, forming an inseparable building complex and creating a cultural landmark in the future pupil area.
The architect of the future pupil series is the first famous architect in China who won the Pritzker Prize, the highest international award in the field of architecture, and Wang Shu, urban planning and construction consultant of the municipal government.
Its design adheres to the intention that the city and the mountains set each other off and the mountains and rivers set each other off. The undulating mountain form should match the Qinling Mountains and the radial urban form of the "pupil of the future". On the premise of maintaining the spatial integrity, its architecture emphasizes the appropriate spatial scale and continuous walking system, and creates a friendly urban space in the form of landscape.
