Public school applicants

1. Luohu registered students who are not enrolled in public schools in Shenzhen, whose parents legally live in the school district (including buying or renting houses in the school district). If you rent a house, you must rent it for one year or more, and provide proof of lease, proof of no room, and receipt for mainland residents).

2. Children of registered students in other districts of Shenzhen who are not studying in Shenzhen and those who enjoy relevant preferential policies, their parents buy houses in the school district and actually live.

(2) Applicants from private schools

Other students who do not meet the above conditions for transfer and resettlement in public schools, but meet the conditions for studying in Shenzhen, may apply for transfer and resettlement in private schools.

Second, the application materials (original inspection)

Applicants who meet the above-mentioned conditions for transfer and resettlement of public schools are required to submit application materials according to the requirements of Luohu 2020 Primary School/Junior High School Grade One Degree Application Guide (see "Shenzhen Luohu Education Application Website" for details of Luohu 2020 Primary School/Junior High School Grade One Degree Application Guide).

To apply for transfer to a private school, the conditions stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of Compulsory Education for Children with Non-deep Household Registration in Shenzhen shall be met: both parents or one of them have a residence permit with the function of using this city, have lived in this city continuously for 1 year, and have paid social insurance (endowment insurance+medical insurance) continuously in this city for 1 year.

Parents are advised to register in the community and pay social security at the same time. If there is hope to transfer to a public school, try to transfer to a public school. There is really no choice but to run a private school.
