Knowledge comes from practice, not fantasy. There are only two ways to accumulate knowledge through study and practice: reading books and asking others to learn. Confucius said, "I don't eat all day, I don't sleep all night, and it's useless to think. It's better to learn", which profoundly shows that knowledge is not inherent in the human brain, not innate, but acquired.
