Responsible for the United front and mass work in ordinary universities in Beijing.
Overall management of talent work in the education system of this Municipality; In accordance with the cadre management authority and division of labor, assist the Municipal Party Committee to be responsible for the construction of leading bodies of municipal colleges and universities and other relevant units, assist the Central Committee and relevant ministries and commissions to be responsible for the construction of leading bodies of dual-pipe colleges and universities, and be responsible for the construction of leading bodies of cadres in their own organs and units below the department level.
