The Education and Sports Bureau is a professional organization responsible for improving physical education in primary and secondary schools. In order to deepen the reform of administrative system and promote the extensive and healthy development of physical education in primary and secondary schools, the Municipal Education Bureau and the Sports Bureau will gradually merge into one department, called the Education and Sports Bureau.

The Education and Sports Bureau is in charge of education and sports, and is responsible for the management of personnel, institutions and teachers' qualifications in the education system, the recognition and reward of the education system, the overall planning and construction of the teaching and administrative staff in the county, the centralized management of the continuing education of teachers and educational administrators, and the guidance of the construction of the talent team in the education system.

What's the difference between the Education Committee and the Education Bureau?

1. Different policies: According to the national policies, the Education Committee formulates specific policies, decrees and rules and regulations related to education, and supervises and inspects their implementation, investigates and studies, and summarizes and exchanges experiences. The Education Committee comprehensively implements the Party's and the State's educational guidelines, policies and regulations, studies and formulates specific policies and regulations on ethnic education, and organizes their implementation.

2. Different names: The predecessor of the Ministry of Education is the State Education Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Education Commission), and the Education Commission is in accordance with the regulations of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Organizational Establishment Commission.

3. Internal institutions are different: the Education Commission has a general office, several offices, offices and some directly affiliated units, and the Education Commission has an office, a policy and regulation research and management office, a personnel office and a finance office.
