Heze City Education Bureau is the working department of Heze Municipal People's Government, which was established according to the Institutional Reform Plan of Heze Municipal People's Government (Heze Tingzi [2009] No.47) and the Implementation Opinions of Heze Municipal People's Government on the Institutional Reform of Heze Municipal People's Government (Hefa [2009] No.25) approved by the provincial party committee and the provincial government.

Responsibilities:

To formulate plans and policies for the city's education reform and development and organize their implementation. Responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the city's basic education (including preschool education), higher education, vocational education and adult education, private education and minority education; Responsible for the work of teachers in the city and guide the construction of teaching and administrative staff in the school; Guide the internal management system of the school and the reform of education and teaching; Organize educational supervision and evaluation.

Internal organs of Heze Education Bureau:

Office: responsible for messages, meetings, confidential documents, files, information, letters and visits, publicity, safety, confidentiality and supervision of the bureau; To undertake the coordination of educational cooperation and exchange.

Personnel department: responsible for personnel management and organization establishment of bureau organs and directly affiliated units; To undertake the organization and implementation of the construction project of the city's educational talent team and the construction of young and middle-aged teaching backbones and academic leaders; Guide the construction of teachers in the city; To guide the reform of personnel distribution system in schools and the assessment of teachers; Organize and coordinate the training of educational administrators and principals in primary and secondary schools; Responsible for the employment guidance of normal graduates; Responsible for the external communication of the education system.
