From 20 16, all teacher training hours in Nanjing (including training at or above the district level (including teaching and research activities) and school-based research) must be registered in the training hours identification and management system of primary and secondary school teachers (principals) in Jiangsu Province in accordance with the requirements of the management rules for the identification and registration of teacher training hours in Nanjing (for Trial Implementation). Training hours without online registration will not be recorded in the continuing education certificate of primary and secondary school teachers.
Content of continuing education
The contents of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers mainly include: ideological and political education and moral cultivation; Professional knowledge and its renewal and expansion; Modern educational theory and practice; Educational scientific research; Education and teaching skills training and modern educational technology; Modern science and technology and knowledge of humanities and social sciences.
The continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers is divided into non-academic education and academic education.
1, non-academic education includes:
New teacher training: training new teachers to meet the needs of education and teaching during the probation period. The training time should be no less than 120 hours.
On-the-job training for teachers: training designed for teachers to adapt to job requirements. The training time is not less than 240 hours every five years.
Training of backbone teachers: according to the requirements of education and teaching backbone and higher standards for existing backbone teachers, we will train promising young and middle-aged teachers.
2, academic education:
Train teachers with qualified academic qualifications to improve their academic level.
