Jiangxi Vocational College of Judicial Police Officers is located in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. It is a public full-time ordinary police college approved by the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. It is a recruitment training base for the people's police of judicial administrative organs in China, and a "directional recruitment" college for the people's police of prisons and drug rehabilitation systems in Jiangxi Province, which is affiliated to the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Justice.

Jiangxi Vocational College of Judicial Police Officers was formerly known as Jiangxi College of Political Science and Law (later divided into Jiangxi Public Security College, Jiangxi Reform-through-Labor Police School and Jiangxi Judicial School). In 2000, Jiangxi Judicial School and Jiangxi Judicial Police School were formed and merged into Jiangxi Judicial Police School. In April 2002, with the approval of Jiangxi Provincial People's Government, Jiangxi Judicial Police Vocational College was established.
