1. What is the new receiving PID parameter?
Need to add: E5, E6, E7, E8.
2. Which satellite and transponder does the front-end broadcast of party member project rely on?
APSAT-6, K4 transponder
3. What are the parameters such as satellite receiving frequency and symbol rate?
Downlink frequency is 12395Mhz, symbol rate is 27.5Mhz, vertical polarization and FEC is 3/4.
There are several ways to receive satellite signals.
1) Direct reception: The satellite signal received by the antenna is directly transmitted to the DVB receiving card.
2) receive the cartoon bridge function and forward it to the local area network, which will be received by the network card.
3) The receiver forwards it to the local area network and receives it with the network card.
4) The "forwarding software" is forwarded to the local area network and received by the network card.
The first mode is stand-alone reception, and the latter modes are LAN reception. After forwarding, the satellite signal has been converted into IP form.
5. Parameter setting of several common DVB cards
The related settings of the original DVB card can be unchanged, just add new PID: E5, E6, E7, E8, and open these channels.
There are four kinds of satellite receiving cards used by rural party member Channel, namely, Tsinghua Yongxin, Tongshi, Tongzhou and Jiuzhou. Different cards have different interfaces for setting PID values. The following methods are different for different cards. Here is a brief introduction:
1) Yongxin, Tsinghua
Operation 1. Open the satellite receiving card sign in the lower right corner of the taskbar, and the pop-up interface is shown in Figure 4- 1.
Figure 4- 1
The "Add" option in this interface is used to add new channels. If the "China Education TV" channel is set, it is not necessary to set it again. If it is not already set, just add it.
Operation 2. Add PID values e5, d6, d7, e8, f 1 with commas in the PID value column of data broadcast, and click Modify, as shown in Figure 4-2 below.
Figure 4-2
Click Save Changes. The PID value was set successfully!
C, pay attention to other setting values in 1/2 above.
The model and card number are provided with the satellite receiving card;
Signal frequency, symbol rate, polarization direction, LNB local oscillator, etc. Is a fixed value, which should be consistent with the above figure.
2) Visibility card
Operation 1. Open the satellite receiving card sign in the lower right corner of the taskbar, and the setting interface will pop up. Click "Receiving Configuration" as shown in Figure 4-3.
Figure 4-3
Operation 2. Click Join to pop up, as shown in Figure 4-4.
Figure 4-4
Add the specified received value in the Set PID box. "Program Name" is user-defined. For Data Type, select the following Multiprotocol Encapsulation and click OK. Add PID values E5, E6, E7 and E8 several times! The PID value was set successfully!
Operation 3. After the PID setting is successful, click the "Receiving Status" column, select the newly added PID value, and click "Run" on the right. Status Information is set in Channel Configuration and User Configuration, and this column will be displayed automatically. As shown in Figure 4-5.

3) Tongzhou Card
Tip: This interface shows that Tongzhou Card is an old interface, which is slightly different from the new interface.
Open the satellite receiving card sign in the lower right corner of the taskbar, and the setting interface will pop up. Click "PID parameters". As shown in Figure 4-6.
Figure 4-6
Select "Specify to add PID" at the bottom, write the PID value, and click "Add PID"!
4) Kyushu card
The setting method of Kyushu card is basically the same as the above three, but the interface is different. You can click on the card collection settings interface to take a closer look.
Section 2 Software Installation Related
1. General steps of software installation and use
1) First, ensure that the satellite DVB data receiving card and DVB card driver can be used normally.
2) Start the DVB card driver and add new PID, namely E5, E6, E7 and E8. And confirm that the channel represented by these PID has been running.
3) Install special channel resource management software.
4) Start the dedicated channel receiver and configure it. The most important thing is to select the IP address of the DVB receiving card in the "System Settings" menu of the dedicated channel receiving program, as shown in the following figure. Please confirm that the IP address of DVB card is selected, not the IP address of network card. How to distinguish the IP address of DVB card and network card, please refer to the entry "How to choose the IP address of DVB data receiving card".
5) Please wait patiently for 3-5 minutes. The program automatically receives the channel list and program list, and starts to receive them.
6) After the resources are received and put into storage, you can start the resource management program to browse, manage and use the resources.
2. Does the software need to be activated?
The dedicated channel resource management software is activated by default after installation, and no other operation is required. The words "Active Status" will be displayed in the status bar at the bottom of the Information Receiving Software window.
3. How to solve the problem that the system crashes and cannot be reinstalled due to incomplete software uninstallation?
The software cannot be reinstalled due to system crash, destruction, abnormal uninstallation and unknown reasons. The typical symptom is that after running the installer, there is no "Install" in the pop-up interface of installation options, but only "Repair" and "Uninstall" are selected, which cannot be executed normally.
If this happens, you can only modify the registry to reinstall. The specific steps are: start, run, enter "regedit", and the registry editor will appear, expand "HKEY _ Current _ User", expand its subordinate software, and find and delete "XDYT".
4. Error Report-"An error occurred while creating the object. Please verify ... "
Mdac (Microsoft data access component) is a common component of windows. After installing common software such as Office, it is generally installed by default.
The dedicated channel resource management software also needs this component. If it happens that this component is not installed, this error message will appear.
There is an MDAC directory under the installation directory of dedicated channel resource management software. Please install MDAC first, and then install special channel resource management software.
5. Error -—XXX cannot find the registered category.
If there is a system error during installation, the following error will appear when running the program:
Recommend reinstallation, or simply replace the installed Dprclient.exe with Dprclient.exe in the installer.
6. How to choose the IP address of DVB data receiving card?
In the drop-down box of dedicated channel receiving software, System Settings menu, General page and IP address of data receiving card, you need to select a DVB data receiving card for receiving software. After confirming that the DVB receiving card is installed:
1) If the user only installs DVB card and has no network card, the drop-down box has only one IP address, and this IP address is selected by default.
2) If there are two IP addresses and the user can distinguish the IP addresses of the network card and the DVB data receiving card, please select the IP address of the DVB card.
3) If the user can't distinguish the IP addresses of the network card and the DVB data receiving card, they can inquire according to the following operations: Start menu-> Run, fill in cmd and press enter to bring up the DOS command window, and enter ipconfig/all to display the related card information; Distinguish the listed boards, find the information of DVB manufacturers such as Tsinghua and Tongshi, and determine their IP addresses.
4) If the LAN is used to forward satellite signals, please select the IP address of the network card here.
Section 3 Software Usage Related
1. What are the conditions for receiving resources normally?
1) The satellite antenna has accurate azimuth;
2) The satellite monitoring system locks the satellite normally and uses the satellite parameters correctly;
3) The information receiving system is started normally, and the IP address of the satellite receiving card is selected accurately.
2. Why not receive it?
Data can't be received after the software is opened, which may be the cause of failure or normal phenomenon. Examples are given below:
Failure reason: 1)PID was not added; 2)PID has been added but not started (for example, general setup program using DVB card); 3)DVB card binding error; 4) The satellite signal is not locked; wait for
Normal phenomenon: 1) You just started receiving programs, so you need to wait for 3-5 minutes, and then start receiving data after receiving the program list; 2) All resources have been received. Although the front end is still replaying, the receiver will not receive them repeatedly.
The second reason for the normal phenomenon is particularly misleading, and I will explain it here. The reality is that the last few days of the week are basically replays. If the current broadcast resource has been received and put into storage, it will not be received. Some users said that "clearing the \ information receiving \\db" directory and the \ information receiving \ \ log directory "is a way to solve the" failure "phenomenon of non-reception. In fact, similar "receiving and warehousing" information is manually deleted, so the software needs to receive it again. Please make it clear.
3. What are the troubleshooting measures that can be taken if the software is not received?
First, check whether the satellite signal is locked, and check in the DVB card monitoring program that it must be locked;
The second is to see if the four pids have been added, which must be added in the DVB card monitoring program.
Third, check whether the IP address of DVB card is correctly bound, and check it in the "Configuration Wizard" of the information receiving module, which must be bound;
The fourth is to see whether the channel list and program list exist. In the main interface of information receiving software, there must be a channel list and a program list;
Fifth, if there are channel lists and program lists, see if the small icon in front of each specific channel name in the channel list is a small green triangle or a red tick, not a big red cross;
Sixth, if there is no channel list and program list, see if the status bar at the bottom of the window displays dynamic prompt information, such as "receiving program list". If yes, please wait patiently for about 10 minutes.
Seventh, consider whether it is the firewall, antivirus software or operating system, and call technical support.
4. Resource broadcasting arrangements
The resource update cycle is weekly, and this week's new resources will be broadcast from Monday.
Two days is a complete broadcast cycle, for example, Monday is the first half of this week's resources, Monday night is the second half, Tuesday night is the second half, and Tuesday night is the first half.
With this arrangement, this week's resources can be received 24 hours a day for two days, two nights.
5. Why is data reception "intermittent"?
Some users have reported that they used it well yesterday, but they don't accept it today, and nothing has changed. Is there a problem?
This "intermittent" imagination of software is not a fault. As mentioned in Why Not Receive, the resources broadcast today may be the resources that have been completely received before, so the software can automatically identify them and will not receive them again, giving people the impression that data reception is interrupted, which is an illusion. In order to ensure the reliable transmission of resources, there are a large number of replays in the current resource broadcasting arrangement, so this phenomenon of "intermittent" is more common.
You can judge whether the software is in a normal receiving state from several places in the information receiving interface, as shown in the following figure:
6. What is the administrator password and how to manage users?
When installing the software, the Administrator account: admin and its password: admin are built in. You can modify this password through the "Personal Settings" function of the resource management software.
When there are LAN users, LAN users can apply for their own user name and password, which will take effect after being audited by the administrator.
7. Error prompt "... unable to connect to database ..."
There are two possibilities:
First of all, the data form used by the software may be destroyed. In the "Information Receiving \db" directory, there is a User.exe that can rebuild an empty new form. But all the previous records were lost.
Second, MDAC may be broken, please reinstall it. The installation software is located in the directory of the software installation package.
Another possibility is that the ODBC of the operating system is broken and the solution is ominous. The last step is to reinstall the operating system.
8. Why does the status bar show that you are receiving the program list, but you can't show the channel list and don't receive it?
Phenomenon: After the software is started, you can see the status bar of "Received Program List ..." and "Program List Received ...", but there is no response, no channel list and no data received. This situation may be that the database is broken.
Please reinstall MDAC, whose installation software is in the directory of the software installation package.
9. Why can I display the channel list, but its icon never turns into a green triangle and I can't get it?
After installation, the channel list can be displayed, but the icon next to the channel name can never turn into a small green triangle, and the big box on the right does not display the program list, so the data cannot be received normally.
This situation may be that the database is broken. Please reinstall MDAC, whose installation software is in the directory of the software installation package.
10. How to share resources (including courseware, information and streaming media) in the local area network?
Please browse, manage and share the courseware as described in the manual.
The sharing of streaming media is as follows:
1. The premise is data forwarding, which can be realized in two ways:
1. Hardware forwarding: Some DVB satellite data receiving cards (machines) have the function of bridge. After the bridge function is turned on, the data can be forwarded to the LAN, as shown in the figure below. Please refer to the user manuals of various brands and models of DVB cards for specific settings:
Second, software forwarding: There are several softwares that can realize this function, such as CEBSat data forwarding software, as shown in the following figure:
2. After data forwarding, there are two ways to realize streaming media sharing:
First, the receiving host will store the streaming media program in the library (the system automatically stores it by default), and other users will watch the streaming media in the same way as courseware and information sharing (that is, in the browser) to realize sharing; (This scheme is recommended)
Second, simply other users also install special channel resource management software; (Not recommended)
1 1. Why can't I watch some video programs?
After downloading and importing resources into the resource management module, if some resources cannot be played normally, please install plug-ins first. There is an "Install Plug-in" button in the upper right corner of the resource management module of dedicated channel software.
12. What is Netbox?
Netbox is a WEB server software similar to IIS and Apache, which is relatively simple and easy to use. IIS is relatively complex and needs configuration management. In case of abnormal shutdown such as power failure, the failure rate is very high, and maintenance is relatively difficult. In addition, in the party member project, stand-alone computers account for an absolute proportion, so the software is simple and convenient, and Netbox is used as the WEB server.
When installing dedicated channel resource management software, Netbox will be installed and related links will be automatically set. Since Netbox will provide network services, if you have firewall, antivirus software and other software to monitor the registry, please select "Yes" and "Do similar operations in the future" if a prompt about Netbox appears during the use of the software.
When the resource management page cannot be opened, please check whether Netbox has been started by default, and there is a red B in the lower right corner of the desktop.
If not, please click \ Program File \ China Education Satellite Broadband Transmission Network \ Education Website \main.box to manually start Netbox service.
If you suspect that Netbox is faulty, you can use the cover where Netbox is installed.
13. how to use IIS as a WEB server
However, some collective users are large in scale and have certain technical strength, and want to use IIS as a WEB server. Just set the stored resources, namely the \\WEB directory under the software directory, as the site of IIS, and pay attention to the port number selection. IIS defaults to 80 and cannot be the same as the port number of Netbox unless otherwise specified.
14. How to separate receiving from network publishing?
The vast majority of terminal stations in party member project are received and used by single machine, that is, data reception and resource use are realized on the same machine. In most collective use requirements, due to the small number of network users, a single machine can also be used for receiving, managing and publishing.
However, in some application units, the scale of network users is relatively large. If you are still receiving and publishing on a single machine, you are worried that it will affect the data reception. You want to arrange the data reception and network publishing resources on two servers respectively. You can try the following methods:
Option 1:
1) two machines, one is a data receiving server with special channel resource management software installed; The other is WEB service, which installs IIS.
2) The receiver normally receives resources and automatically puts them into the memory.
3) Copy the \\WEB directory on the Receiving Server to the WEB Server.
4) Use IIS, set the directory \\WEB as the site of IIS, and pay attention to the port number selection. IIS defaults to 80, so other users need to specify the port number accordingly when accessing.
5) For convenience, you can install directory synchronization software.
Option 2:
1) two computers, one data receiver and one WEB service, and special channel resource management software is installed at the same time.
2) The receiver only receives and does not put into storage, which can be realized in the setting of the receiving program.
3) Copy the uncollected resources received by the receiving machine to the \ information receiving \ receivefile file of the WEB server.
4) On the WEB server, use the resource import tool to manually import resources so that other LAN users can access the WEB server.
5) Netbox or IIS can be used as 5)WEB server. Use Netbox described in the manual without configuration. To use IIS, you need to set the directory where the resources are located, that is \\WEB under the software directory, as the site of IIS, and pay attention to the port number selection. IIS defaults to 80, so other users need to specify the port number accordingly when accessing.
15. The resource is received normally, but the "Resource Management" software cannot be used and the page cannot be displayed normally.
The user interface of the resource management module of the dedicated channel is a browser (such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer). If the page cannot be displayed normally when the resource management module is opened, please check whether Netbox is installed and running normally.
Netbox is a plug-in that needs to be added when installing dedicated channel software. By default, it is started before the resource management software is started. If you have firewall, registry monitoring and other software, it may prevent Netbox from being set to run by itself. If this is the case, please manually set it to allow self-startup. Or start Netbox before starting the resource management module every time. For other details, please refer to the description of "What is Netbox".
16. A runtime error will pop up after logging in. After the operation, errors occurred in lines11and 1 15.
Right-click the desktop IE icon and select Properties. In the IE properties window, select the "Advanced" tab; Then, put a check mark in the check box in front of the "Scriptless Debugging" column. Uncheck the check box in front of the "Always send URL in UTF-8" column. Click the [Apply] button to solve the problem.
17. What is the storage path of resources on the hard disk?
Special channel management software manages resources in the form of database. When resources are downloaded and imported into the Resource Management Module, the files on the hard disk corresponding to these resources have no Chinese names, but digital numbers, which are set for automatic storage of resources. Users can browse courseware without entering the receiving directory. After the file is received completely, the software will automatically store the resources in the library and browse them with the resource management software.
Before the resources are put into storage, they should be placed in the directory \ information receiving \ receiving file under the software installation path.
After the resources are put into storage, they are placed in the software installation path \ network platform \ virtual directory.
Therefore, it is recommended to install the software in a large-capacity partition, and it is best not to choose disk C.
18. How to backup the received resources separately and restore them to ordinary hard disk files?
If it is necessary to restore these resources to ordinary files named in Chinese, and use them for backup, movement, etc. , you can download the resources to the local hard disk through the "Download" button in the "Resource Management" page of the "Resource Management" module, and at the same time restore the resources to ordinary files named in Chinese.
The operation process is roughly as follows:
Click the "Download" button behind a material title to download the material to the local computer. For example, click the download button corresponding to "Latest Report" to enter the download page. As shown in the figure below.
Select "Browse" on the file download page to determine the file saving path, as shown in the following figure.
Here, select the file to save to the disk drive and folder, and change the file name to an easy-to-remember name, such as "Latest Report". Click the Save button to return to the download page, and then click the Download button. The download progress bar shows the download status.
Note: the download function uses ActiveX controls to IE browser. Therefore, if the user can't use it normally, please select Internet option (O) in the tool drop-down menu of Internet Explorer, as shown in Figure 3-46.
And click the "Custom Level" button in the "Security" section to enable the related options of "ActiveX controls and plug-ins".
19. How to back up the received resources as a whole so that the previously received resources can be used after reinstallation?
First, back up the database files in the bin\dbase directory; Then back up all the directories named Virtual in the web directory, which are currently Virtual 1, Virtual2 to Virtual 10.
After the software is uninstalled and reinstalled, copy these files to the corresponding location, and you can continue to use the original resources.
20. How to combine the resources received by different receiving points?
Some receiving points reflect that there are multiple receiving points, and each receiving point has received some resources and wants to combine them for use. This is a special requirement, and the database needs to be modified. This operation is not recommended if there is no special requirement.
There are two aspects of information about resources. One is the database record information, that is, the database file edu.mdb is in the bin\dbase directory; The second is the resource entity, that is, all directories named Virtual under the web directory. If you want to merge two parts of resources, you need to merge these two aspects of information.
Operation scheme: 1. Make sure that Access is installed, and you can edit mdb files (usually after installing the Office suite);
2. Open the edu.mdb file under the directory \ China Education Satellite Broadband Transmission Network \ Education Website \BIN\dbase in the first part of resources, in which the TRESOURCE table records the resources that have been imported into the management software platform. Export table.
3. Open the edu.mdb file in the second part of the resource \ China Education Satellite Broadband Transmission Network \ Education Website \BIN\dbase directory, open the TRESOURCE table in it, and import the contents exported in the previous step. That is, the resource database records are merged;
4. Copy the virtual directory under the \ China Education Satellite Broadband Transmission Network \ Education Network \web directory in the first part of resources to the \ China Education Satellite Broadband Transmission Network \ Education Network \web directory in the second part of resources. That is, the merger of resource entities is completed.
Note: If the original two resources contain the same courseware, the merged courseware may appear repeatedly in resource management.
2 1. How to delete resources
Manually delete resources: in the resource management software, in the "Resource Management" interface, delete unnecessary resources, and remember to empty the recycle bin that comes with the software.
Automatically delete resources: In the stand-alone applet "Configuration Tool", there is a "hard disk maintenance", which can be set to automatically delete the resources of the previous few days.
22. Why can't I free disk space when deleting resources?
When deleting unnecessary resources, it is best to delete them from the resource management software interface, and remember to empty the trash can of the dedicated channel resource management software, so as to really release disk space.
23. How can I import my own resources into the resource management software?
Using the material upload function, users can upload their own resources to the resource platform. After logging in to the resource management software, there is "Resource Management" in the upper right corner of the homepage. Click to enter, and the last line of the tree basket on the left is "material upload".
Click the icon to open the window as shown in the figure below, and fill in the contents of each column.
Figure 3-56
[Path]: the specific path where the uploaded material is saved on the hard disk;
Title: the name of the material to be uploaded in the website;
Keywords: keywords used to search for uploaded materials;
Description: a brief description of the materials to be uploaded;
"Learning Resource Type": the column to which this material should be uploaded.
After all the above contents are completed, click Submit Now to upload the materials. After uploading, you can see your materials in the relevant column. If you don't want to upload this material, please click "Give up now".
24. Can the content broadcast by the streaming media channel be saved?
A "file channel" is a file that transmits some courseware or information. These files can be saved on the local hard disk and the storage path can be changed. "Video Channel" is a streaming media, which can only be viewed in real time, and cannot save files, so there is no storage path.
25. Why can't I receive streaming media?
First, please add all four PID's, E5, E6, E7 and E8.
Then please make sure that Microsoft's Media Player Media Player has been installed and can be used normally when installing the software. You can try reinstalling the media player.
26. Can you cancel the "opening video" of each column?
After clicking on each column of the courseware channel, such as Practical Technology, the title of the column will appear in the video window. If you don't want to watch this title, you can click on the program on the right to watch the new program without waiting for it to end.
It should be noted that please click the program you want to watch directly instead of "open in a new window", otherwise the programs opened in the old window will not stop, and the programs in the new window will start playing again, and the sounds will overlap.
27. There is a lot of data in the recent file directory. How to deal with it?
According to the design, after the resources are received and successfully imported, the files in the ReceiveFile will be transferred to the Virture directory. If there is a large amount of data in your ReceiveFile directory for a long time, it may be that your data has not been completely received or imported normally.
Please try to import manually, that is, use the independent "resource import tool" to select the Receivefile directory resource.
If they cannot be imported, deleting these resources will not affect the resources in the resource management software that has been put into storage.
28. At the time of installation, another disk was selected. Why is drive C occupied again?
The resources received and put into storage are stored in various directories named Virtual under \ installation path \web\.
By default, unfinished resources are stored in the receiving directory of the software installation path. If you change this setting to disk C, and it is "manually assigned" but not assigned in time, then disk C will be occupied soon.
29. Why can't MediaPlay 10 play video?
I have encountered such an example. MediaPlay 10, which comes with some XP installation disks, has no WM9Encodec plug-in and cannot play videos.
If you are prompted to download the plug-in, please download the plug-in according to the prompt.
If there is no prompt, it is recommended to find the complete installation package of MediaPlay 10 or WM9Encodec on the Internet for reinstallation.
