Xingzhi College of Zhejiang Normal University is located at No.3388 Yingbin Avenue, Lanxi City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. It was approved by the provincial government in August 1999 and confirmed by the Ministry of Education in August 2004.

On May 201April 5 15, the general office of the provincial government approved the relocation of Xingzhi College of Zhejiang Normal University to Lanxi City, and it was jointly run by Zhejiang Normal University and Lanxi City. The project is located in the south of South Second Road in Shang Hua Street Planning and east of Yingbin Avenue, covering an area of 800 mu, and a school building of 280,000 square meters will be built.
