For-profit private schools shall establish an information disclosure system and a confidentiality review mechanism for information disclosure according to laws and regulations, and the disclosed information shall not endanger national security, public security, economic security, social stability and school safety and stability.
Information disclosure content
The contents of information disclosure in for-profit private colleges and universities shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for Information Disclosure in Colleges and Universities and other relevant national regulations, and the measures for information disclosure in other for-profit private schools shall be formulated by the school authorities of the local people's governments.
Credit information publicity
For-profit private schools shall publicize the annual report information, administrative licensing information, administrative punishment information and other credit information through the national enterprise credit information publicity system in accordance with the Provisional Regulations on Enterprise Information Publicity.
Information disclosure channel
The information of for-profit private schools should be made public through school websites, information bulletin boards, electronic screens and other places and facilities, and public reading rooms and information retrieval points can be set up according to needs to facilitate retrieval and reference. In addition to the information that has been made public by the school, social organizations or individuals may apply for other information from the school in written form.
