One form takes kindergarten as the core and teachers as the organizer and guide to help parents learn and internalize into correct educational behavior. For example, we specially planned a special parent-teacher conference to guide parents to discover opportunities for mathematics education in daily life through observation of teaching activities, and give professional advice so that parents can master guiding methods in practice.
Parents are the core.
The other form takes parents as the core and encourages parents to share their experiences and speak freely. In this process, teachers become initiators and participants to stimulate parents' subjective consciousness. For example, when children in large classes are receiving higher education, we invite parents with primary education background as speakers to answer questions related to school preparation for other parents. Through the sharing of parents' experience and on-site Q&A, we will jointly provide strong support for children to go to school smoothly.
