Changsha Normal University is a full-time public undergraduate college organized by Hunan Provincial People's Government. Its predecessor was Mr. Xu Teli, Chairman Mao's teacher, proletarian revolutionary and founder of Republic education, who founded Changsha Normal School on 19 12. The school has a beautiful campus environment and won the second prize of excellent planning and design of the Ministry of Education.
The college insists on educating people by culture and aesthetic education, implements the education project of "life leading, culture nourishing and art edifying", and fully implements the fundamental task of educating people by moral education. It has successively won the honors of "National Advanced Unit of School Art Education" and "Best Educational Institution Shortlisted Award of China Government Award for Culture and Art".
