Private training institutions are required to carry out Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages, physics, chemistry and other disciplines related to further studies or examinations and their extended training (teaching) activities for students in compulsory education, which should conform to the laws of education and the characteristics of physical and mental development of minors; Organize teaching according to the curriculum standards of relevant time periods, and it is forbidden to raise teaching requirements, speed up teaching progress and increase teaching difficulty; Relevant training shall not interfere with the normal rest of minors, and the end time of teaching shall not be later than 20:30. The second is to strictly control the safety bottom line. It is stipulated that private training institutions should strengthen the safety management of fire protection, food and public health, and the legal representative is the first person responsible for safety management, establish and improve the safety management system and emergency early warning mechanism, and equip security personnel. The school buildings of private training institutions must meet the fire protection requirements stipulated by the state, and obtain the corresponding fire safety certification materials.
Legal basis: Article 52 of the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if the local people's government at or above the county level has any of the following circumstances, the people's government at a higher level shall order it to make corrections within a time limit; If the circumstances are serious, the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be given administrative sanctions according to law: (1) failing to formulate or adjust the school setting plan in accordance with relevant state regulations; (two) the school construction does not meet the standards for running schools, site selection requirements and construction standards stipulated by the state; (three) failing to regularly check the safety of school buildings and timely repair and transformation; (4) Failing to arrange compulsory education funds in a balanced way in accordance with the provisions of this Law.
