Party member, who has seriously violated discipline and criminal law, must be expelled from the Party. It is strictly forbidden to treat party member in violation of party constitution's national laws, and it is strictly forbidden to take revenge and falsely accuse and frame up. Organizations or individuals who violate these regulations must be investigated by party discipline and state law.
