The communication skills training center for young people on the verge of growth began to operate in 2004, and was adjusted to the existing service model and officially named in 2009. The growth center provides customers with curriculum-based growth consulting services. Its courses include "world general education" and "living book reading", which are divided into five stages.
Students who enter the service of growth consultant course will not only have a course instructor (C.D.-course director), but also have a professional education supporter (E.S. education supporter). E.S. is a unique educational role in Shanghai and one of the educators who continue to provide educational support for families in the process of growth counseling. It will learn about students' growing background, parents' education methods and other information mainly through interaction with parents, and continuously analyze students' status in different education projects in Shanghai, so that parents can understand students' status more comprehensively and put forward targeted family education suggestions.

Understanding students-E.S needs to keep in touch with the whole family, and will communicate and interact with parents and students through interviews, telephone calls, text messages and emails. At the same time, through the five-stage project provided in the growth consultant course, we will continue to observe the performance of students in the project and fully understand the students through their actual performance. In addition, in Shanghai's own work system, E.S. and C.D. will return to the classroom after class every week, and E.S. will communicate with coach C.D. face to face about the students' specific performance in the week's activities, and help students formulate targeted educational measures to confirm their specific achievements.
Help students grow better-when a family enters the growth consultant course in Shanghai, we will have our own E.S. and start to establish a service relationship with the whole family. Through the concrete performance of students in the activities, help students to confirm a growth direction, design targeted educational measures, and finally urge students to achieve their goals through the implementation of C.D. in the activities.

S not only pays attention to the students themselves, but also the environment is an important factor affecting creativity from the research direction in Shanghai. Five-stage curriculum: the first stage-world general education: based on the guidance of teachers, expand students' courses in the field of knowledge, and cultivate students' self-awareness and thinking and communication skills. The content includes China history, China traditional culture, geography, art appreciation, world tourism, military affairs, science and technology, and commerce. The second stage-"Reading the book wider" The first part: lead students to contact with various types of reading materials, expand reading scope and stimulate reading interest. The third stage-"thin book in the second reading of living book": emphasize the applicability of reading methods, and refine the main content and improve reading speed through the flexible use of scientific reading methods (brain map, keywords, intensive reading, extensive reading and pictures). The fourth stage-World General Education II: Pay attention to students' discussion, expand the field of knowledge, train students to think deeply and establish their own ideas and viewpoints. The contents include life, archaeology, drama, religion, occupation, China history and world history (I) and (II). The fifth stage-the third part of "Reading a Living Book", "Reading a Thick Book", emphasizes thinking after reading, exploring feelings in the book, experiencing emotional factors, exploring life and understanding life. At the same time, at this stage, we will help students get through the platform period of "persistence", thus improving the motivation, methods and persistence of learning. Shanglin Activity Center was officially named in 2008. Its main service content is to plan and implement winter and summer vacations and parent-child activities. This is a service project that has been in operation from the beginning and has become a benchmark in the industry.

Camp expansion is carried out in a relatively closed environment in Beijing, focusing on topics of educational significance and interest to campers. Wandering Camp-We go out of Beijing and China, put students in the real society and learn to communicate and cooperate.

Under the professional education planning, let students enter a strange city or country, understand the geographical history of this city or country and explore the humanistic social state through interaction with the local humanistic environment. Students who enter the growth consultant camp will receive a professional education support (E.S.) before, during and after participating in the camp project, and help parents plan their students' growth together and provide educational suggestions in a scientific, systematic and professional way.
The services of growth consultants include: understanding students: consultants who set up camp before leaving camp will communicate with parents of students by telephone, interview and email to understand the family environment, parents' education methods and students' current growth needs; Setting growth goals: camp consultants will set growth goals for students together with parents according to the needs of students and their families and the content of this camp activity; Formulation and implementation of educational measures: during the camp activities, the consultant will formulate educational measures according to the students' growth goals, students' state and performance, and adjust them in time according to actual needs during the implementation process; Complete the growth report and feedback: after the camp activities, the consultant will communicate with parents on the actual performance of the students by telephone and make a growth report of the students, including the students' behavior in the activities, the consultant's analysis and educational suggestions; Establish a growth file: We will establish a personal growth file for each student who enters the growth consultant camp to record the growth trajectory of the students. Shanglin Parent Center was formally established and started to operate on 20 13, providing classroom services for parents.
Parents' classroom mainly includes three series of curriculum growth rules-understanding the characteristics of children's development stages, not missing children's critical education planning-based on rules, looking forward to the future, integrating resources, planning educational measures and path motivation mobilization-timely guidance, so that children have the desire for independent development, embark on the road of planning and realize "self-creation". The three series are interlocking, from conventional cognition to operation training step by step, to create a "super parenting teacher" belonging to the family. Let Parents Fly was officially put into operation and named in 2007. It is a community activity for the whole family, including parents' salon sharing, children's salon sharing, weekend parent-child activities, expert lecture halls and so on.
