Students who enter the service of growth consultant course will not only have a course instructor (C.D.-course director), but also have a professional education supporter (E.S. education supporter). E.S. is a unique educational role in Shanghai and one of the educators who continue to provide educational support for families in the process of growth counseling. It will learn about students' growing background, parents' education methods and other information mainly through interaction with parents, and continuously analyze students' status in different education projects in Shanghai, so that parents can understand students' status more comprehensively and put forward targeted family education suggestions.

Understanding students-E.S needs to keep in touch with the whole family, and will communicate and interact with parents and students through interviews, telephone calls, text messages and emails. At the same time, through the five-stage project provided in the growth consultant course, we will continue to observe the performance of students in the project and fully understand the students through their actual performance. In addition, in Shanghai's own work system, E.S. and C.D. will return to the classroom after class every week, and E.S. will communicate with coach C.D. face to face about the students' specific performance in the week's activities, and help students formulate targeted educational measures to confirm their specific achievements.

Help students grow better-when a family enters the growth consultant course in Shanghai, we will have our own E.S. and start to establish a service relationship with the whole family. The fifth stage-the third part of "Reading a Living Book", "Reading a Thick Book", emphasizes thinking after reading, exploring feelings in the book, experiencing emotional factors, exploring life and understanding life. At the same time, at this stage, we will help students get through the platform period of "persistence", thus improving the motivation, methods and persistence of learning. Shanglin Activity Center was officially named in 2008. Its main service content is to plan and implement winter and summer vacations and parent-child activities.
