The following academic certificates are not accepted:

1. Non-higher education diploma (such as secondary education diploma, professional certificate, academic certificate, etc.). );

2. On-the-job postgraduate diploma and foreign student diploma;

3. Any altered academic certificate and the name and ID number on the ID card are inconsistent with the academic certificate and changed at the same time;

4. Long-standing academic certificate (198 1 years ago), academic certificate of party school without electronic registration by the Ministry of Education, academic certificate of postgraduate students in military academies during their non-military status, and academic certificate of self-study examination in Shanghai Adult Normal University (three combinations).

Third, the application materials

(1) basic materials

1. Fill in the application form for higher education certification in China and collect it on the spot.

2. Copy of graduation certificate (original inspection)

3. Copy of the holder's ID card (original inspection)

Precautions:

1. If the diploma is lost, you should apply for academic certification after issuing the diploma in the original graduation school.

2. When applying for certification, junior college, junior college and undergraduate college should provide a copy of the prequalification certificate (original inspection) and a print of the electronic registration filing form of Xuexin.com prequalification certificate (if you have done academic certification, provide a copy of the certification report or a print of the network certification report).

3. The above basic materials must be provided, and the following supplementary materials are provided according to the academic category and graduation year. Please make preparations as required before submitting your application, so as to avoid going back and forth.

(1) A copy of the Examination and Approval Form for Freshmen Admission provided by the archives of the graduate school (stamped with the official seal of the school archives)

(2) the school registration certificate issued by the school registration department (signed and sealed by the witness)

(3) a copy of the graduate registration form in my file (stamped with the official seal of the file keeping department)

Note: Providing copies of archival materials related to learning experience such as dispatch cards (stamped with the official seal of the issuing unit) will shorten the certification time.

2. Adult higher education degree

Adult higher education degree 199 1 before graduation, but also need to provide:

(1) A copy of the Examination and Approval Form for Freshmen Admission provided by the archives of the graduate school (stamped with the official seal of the school archives)

(2) the school registration certificate issued by the school registration department (signed and sealed by the witness)

(3) a copy of the graduate registration form in the personal file (stamped with the official seal of the file keeping department)

3. Qualification for self-study examination and diploma examination

Before 2002, academic certificates obtained through self-study exams and diploma exams should provide:

(1) academic certificate issued by the school (signed by the witness and stamped with the red seal of the school)

(2) A copy of the graduation certificate verified and sealed by the Shanghai Self-study Examination Committee.

4. Military academy higher education.

(1) According to the "active service" situation, provide a copy of the military certificate or officer's certificate, a copy of the veteran's certificate or a copy of the job-changing certificate (if the job-changing certificate is lost, please provide a copy of the job-changing approval report in my personal file).

(2) A copy of the enlistment approval letter or enlistment registration form of the enlisted citizen in my file, and a copy of the student registration form or student registration form.

(3) Those who have obtained the military growth cadre education since1992 must provide a copy of the soldier's enlistment approval in my personal file.

(4) Since 1994, those who have participated in the general college entrance examination and obtained academic qualifications must provide a copy of the Approval Letter for High School Graduates from Ordinary Middle Schools to Attend Military Colleges and Universities (the copy must be stamped with the official seal of the archives department). If you have no military status during your study in school, please indicate it on the Academic Degree Application Form.

Note: Those who fail to meet the requirements of the Notice of the State Education Commission, the General Staff Department and the General Political Department on the Unified Production and Management of Academic Certificates in China People's Liberation Army Colleges (Jian [1995] No.2) will not be approved or reconsidered.
