1. Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who study, work and live in our district must hold valid certificates such as Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents, Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to and from the Mainland and mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, which are valid for 5 years. No criminal record, you can apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in the place of residence and the place where the teacher qualification examination is held. The academic qualifications, other conditions and procedural requirements for applying for teacher qualification are the same as those for mainland (mainland) applicants.
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideology and morality.

4. Those who have the corresponding academic requirements stipulated in the Teachers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and apply for the qualification of internship guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools shall also have the professional and technical qualifications equivalent to assistant engineers or above or the technical level of intermediate workers or above.
5. Hold a certificate of Grade B or above in Putonghua Proficiency Test (Grade B is required to apply for Chinese courses).
6. Have good physical and mental quality, and pass the physical examination in the county (district) level and above hospitals designated by the teacher qualification accreditation institution.
Teachers' qualifications shall be managed in a territorial way. According to the teacher qualification category and the authority recognized by the education administrative department, the applicant shall apply to the domicile, residence (the residence permit within the local validity period is required, and the urban residence can be handled according to the actual living area on the electronic residence permit) and the education administrative department where the school is located (only for fresh graduates and graduate students). Applicants can only apply for one teacher qualification in the same year.
Second, certification bodies.
"Senior Middle School Teacher Qualification", "Secondary Vocational School Teacher Qualification" and "Secondary Vocational School Practice Instructor Qualification" are recognized by Shaoxing Education Bureau. "Junior high school teacher qualification", "primary school teacher qualification" and "kindergarten teacher qualification" are recognized by Keqiao District Education and Sports Bureau.

2. Physical examination

3. Audit findings
Applicants can log in to China Teacher Qualification Network in time to check the status of each application period. Applicants who have passed the teacher qualification certification will be announced by the center.

Please pay attention to the announcement of the center and check the bulletin board on the website of Keqiao District Education and Sports Bureau or Teacher Development Center. Applicants can choose to pick it up on site or by express delivery (mail).
Fourth, confirm the material requirements.
The following materials shall be submitted for on-site confirmation (there is no charge for on-site confirmation):

3. The physical examination form of the applicant for teacher qualification in Zhejiang Province or the physical examination form of the applicant for kindergarten teacher qualification in Zhejiang Province (fill in the columns of ID number, name, gender, date of birth, past medical history, etc. , and paste a one-inch photo consistent with the online newspaper);
4. 2-3 recent bareheaded one-inch color photos on a white background (the photos of official documents should be the same as those uploaded during online declaration; 1 is posted on the physical examination form, and the rest 1-2 is used for teacher qualification certificate and backup. Please write your name, reporting period and subject on the back of the photo);
5. To apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, you must provide the original and photocopy of the professional and technical post certificate equivalent to assistant engineer and above or the technical grade certificate of intermediate worker and above;
6 Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents applying for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers shall submit the certificate of no criminal record issued by the relevant departments of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province. If necessary, the applicant can apply to the Zhejiang Teacher Qualification Guidance Center for issuing relevant letters through the accreditation body in advance;
7. Other supplementary materials.
The following materials will be compared through the national accreditation information system when the applicant applies online. If the comparison is successful, it does not need to be provided on site; If the comparison is unsuccessful, it must be provided on the spot.
(1) Original and photocopy of academic certificate. Foreign academic qualifications should also be submitted to the original and photocopy of the Foreign Academic Certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education; Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan education should also be submitted to the original and photocopy of the education certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education;
For the academic qualifications that cannot be directly compared and verified by the national information system, the applicant must also submit the China Higher Education Academic Qualification Report (online application in Xuexin.com), otherwise the academic qualifications will not be accepted as unqualified. Applicants are advised to verify their academic qualifications in Xue Xin. If it cannot be verified, please apply for a certification report in time.
The application of fresh graduates can be postponed, and the graduation certificate should be obtained before the teacher qualification accreditation body makes a conclusion on the teacher qualification, otherwise the application will be invalid.
(2) Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers. By the applicant in the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network (ntce.neea.edu.cn) to print.
(3) The original and photocopy of the Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate.

The information provided by the applicant on the Internet must be true and effective. After formal submission, the submitted information cannot be modified. Please fill it out carefully. The applicant shall truthfully fill in the personal commitment letter and be responsible for the content of the commitment. If the commitment is inconsistent with the facts, the education administrative departments at all levels will impose administrative penalties on the applicant in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, such as "revoking the teacher's qualification and not re-obtaining the teacher's qualification within five years" or "losing the teacher's qualification and not re-applying for the teacher's qualification".
