This is a leadership team of the Education Bureau composed of seven members. They are experienced professionals who are responsible for managing and supervising the education system in Luohe. Director Li Ming leads the whole team and is responsible for formulating educational policies and managing educational resources. Zhang Jun and Wang Li, deputy directors, assist the director in his daily work.

Zhao Chen, director of the Education Bureau, is responsible for coordinating and managing schools in Luohe to ensure that students get high-quality educational resources. Li Hua, director of the Ministry of Science and Technology, is responsible for promoting the application of science and technology education and information technology in schools. Wang Qiang, Director of the Personnel Department, is responsible for managing the personnel system and employee welfare of the Education Bureau. Song Jing, director of the Finance Department, is responsible for managing the finance and budget of the Education Bureau. Education supervisors Liu Wei and Chen Xiuying are responsible for supervising the teaching quality of schools and teachers to ensure that students get high-quality education.
