Art training is not managed by the Cultural Tourism Bureau, but by the Education Bureau.

The Education Bureau is responsible for national basic education (including preschool education), special education, vocational and technical education, out-of-school education, adult education and higher education, and coordinates, guides and supervises the educational work of all districts, counties (countries) and relevant departments.
