First, the overall project.

The objects of integral admission include all Shenzhen registered students and non-Shenzhen registered students who meet the requirements of the municipal government's "1+5" document, and the children of those who enjoy preferential government policies shall be handled according to the relevant regulations of the city and district.

According to the municipal government's "1+5" document, combined with years of practice and actual situation in our district, a total of four points were set, with a full score of 100.

(a) the household registration of the students applying for admission (out of 30 points)

1. Shenzhen household registration is divided into three categories (see the annex for details, the same below).

2. Non-Shenzhen household registration is divided into four categories.

(two) students' application for family housing (out of 40 points)

Our district implements the school district housing degree locking system. Parents can log in to the Nanshan District Housing Enquiry System to inquire about the housing degree locking. If it is locked, the house cannot be used to apply for a degree during the lock-up period.

Tips: renting a house in the school district (only those who provide a red lease certificate can get points, and those who apply for the blueprint "House Lease Information" card can't get points; The deeply-rooted children and their parents have not bought a house in Shenzhen: ① If the children's household registration address belongs to the school district of the application school, add 12 to the original option score; (2) If the child's household registration address belongs to outside the school district, add 7 points to the original option score).

According to the applicant's family planning situation, it is divided into 3 categories.

(4) Social insurance paid by parents of students applying for admission (full mark: 10)

According to the household registration of students applying for admission, they are divided into two categories.

Second, the integral verification

The verification of integral is divided into three steps. Step 1: Parents choose the corresponding items and categories according to their own conditions and fill in the relevant information on the online enrollment system of the District Education Bureau. Step 2: The school compares the admission information submitted by the applicant with the information filled in on the Internet, gives a preliminary examination score after verifying the materials, and issues a written receipt to the parents (signed by the parents themselves); Step 3: The school and the Education Bureau submit the data of students' application for admission to the relevant government departments respectively, and verify the authenticity and validity of the materials through online information comparison. The school will make the final determination in the enrollment system according to the audit results of various functional departments (parents should be informed in writing in advance if it is inconsistent with the preliminary information), and the system will automatically generate the final points as the direct basis for new students to enter the school.

Third, the use and publication of integral.

Schools and education departments will recruit students from high scores to low scores according to the final scores until the enrollment plans of each school are full. Parents can check the admission results and final points through the website of the district education bureau's enrollment system at the specified time. Those who meet the admission requirements but have not been admitted to the declared school will be transferred from high score to low score by the District Education Bureau to public schools or public welfare private schools with surplus degrees around them. The education department is no longer responsible for arranging public degrees for students who do not accept or voluntarily give up their applications for admission. All the students who study in the district-owned private schools and pass the qualification examination are entitled to the degree subsidy of Shenzhen private primary and secondary schools issued by the government.

These measures have been implemented since the autumn enrollment, and the relevant rules have been formulated by the District Education Bureau. Compulsory education enrollment in district-owned private schools shall be implemented with reference to these measures.

C: The student's household registration is in other districts of this city except Nanshan District-20 points.

2. Non-Shenzhen household registration is divided into four categories.

E: Both parents have applied for residence permits-18 points.

F: Only one parent has applied for a residence permit-12 points.

G: The father or mother of the student is a person who enjoys preferential policies-20 points.

Warm reminder: Item F, as a transitional policy, can apply for a degree by providing parents with a unilateral residence permit in Shenzhen, and both parents must provide a residence permit in Shenzhen from 20 17.
