Retired full-time college student soldiers can be treated as serving grassroots project personnel and apply for special posts for serving grassroots projects.

Civil servants on probation (referring to the staff of management units), those who have been recruited to institutions and are dissatisfied with their work 1 year, active servicemen and non-fresh graduates are not allowed to apply (among them, full-time college students and graduate students who have not graduated in 20 15 years are not allowed to apply with their original academic qualifications and degree certificates).
