Here I will talk about some experiences about professional quality from these ten aspects.

First, honesty and trustworthiness;

Choosing a career is a very important thing for each of us in our life, because it not only determines what we will do in the future, but also determines our lifestyle and content to a great extent. I think so because the formation of professional ability is based on professional concept, attitude, ability, interest and personality.

Vocational ability is a concept often mentioned in career development and employment guidance. When engaged in a certain occupation, people will say that someone is very capable and can successfully complete a series of activities organized by the occupation. Specifically, professional ability refers to a psychological feature that an individual must have to complete work tasks and engage in career-related activities, which is manifested in various jobs and career-related activities and developed in them. So what kind of professional ability should you have in the real society? But I still admire several basic professional abilities written in the textbook, namely: professional ability, writing ability, interpersonal skills, lifelong learning ability, logical thinking ability, practical ability, organizational management ability and crisis resolution ability.

Below, I will analyze my professional ability according to my actual situation. Because these analysis results are only from my own point of view, they are probably not comprehensive, accurate and rigorous.

Professional ability. Professional ability is the core ability of professional ability, which refers to the professional knowledge that a person should have in specific work and the ability to solve practical problems with professional knowledge, and is the basic condition for engaging in professional activities. Therefore, the level of professional ability directly affects the level of this person's professional ability, so it can be said that professional ability is the foundation of our survival. I can't give myself a definition of professional ability, because I haven't formally taken professional courses, but I'm sure I'm confident that I can learn professional courses well through the study of professional basic courses. In today's society, we pay attention not only to theory, but also to practice. Only by combining theory with practice can we really cultivate our professional ability, and our professional ability can be improved, especially after learning that "the level of professional ability directly affects the level of this person's professional ability, so it can be said that professional ability is the foundation of our survival", which makes me more confident in the study of professional courses, more determined in the study of professional basic theories, and the combination of theory and practice. Therefore, in order to improve my professional ability, I should seize every learning opportunity, persist in learning, be good at learning, keep learning, strive to cultivate my professional interest, actively learn the basic knowledge of professional fields, dabble in the frontier dynamics of professional development, master excellent theoretical basis and professional knowledge, and do a comprehensive study.

Text expression. Daily life and career development are inseparable from writing, which is the main medium for us to express our wishes and communicate with others. Writing ability is the ability to use words to communicate information, express thoughts and feelings and reflect objective things. It is a comprehensive embodiment of a person's writing ability, word processing ability and writing ability. Writing ability is an art, which seems simple, but it is not; It is not difficult to learn and improve. In practical work, a person's writing ability is directly related to work efficiency and quality, and even to the image of the unit. Through my understanding of myself, I found that my writing ability is actually very general, which may be related to the learning style in middle school. I only remember that in middle school, the teacher once said that as long as you don't stray from the topic, you can write more, and you can write more without punishment. Although it doesn't stray from the topic, there will also be a phenomenon that the preface doesn't match the later language, so it still has a great influence on the writing ability of middle school students. From my analysis, you can think that this is the reason for my poor writing ability, because the composition written in the exam is still good.

Interpersonal skills. Interpersonal communication ability refers to a person's ability to interact, communicate and cooperate with others in practical work and help others in partnership. Max pointed out: "A person's development depends on the development of all other people who interact with him directly or indirectly." Good interpersonal skills are the basis and premise of establishing good interpersonal relationships. It is conducive to the healthy development of personal psychology, the development and perfection of personal self-awareness, the expansion of working face, the establishment of extensive working relations, the expansion of their own work scope, and the struggle for public understanding and support. In order to solve problems and negotiate with the outside world, good interpersonal skills are indispensable. And through the analysis of the people I associate with and myself, I can draw the conclusion that my interpersonal skills are really poor, often because I speak rashly and carelessly, which affects others' mood. The skills of caring, understanding and persuading others are still lacking. Being good at reading minds, reading words and reading minds, communicating with people, grasping the pulse of people's thoughts, persuading people and guiding the situation is even more out of reach. However, in order to meet the needs of society and really survive in real life, I should not only overcome the shortcomings mentioned above, but also have a positive attitude, boldly go out of school, eliminate fear, dare to contact people of all levels and occupations in society, experience in actual communication life, and master various methods and skills in interpersonal communication, instead of passively avoiding and closing myself; Make friends sincerely, work sincerely, be approachable, and be good at exchanging any sincerity for cooperation and communication with others; It is necessary to improve the ability to distinguish social occasions and gain insight into the psychological state of others; We should start with small things, mainly with social etiquette, standardize our words and deeds, pay attention to small details, and form good habits.

Crisis resolution ability. The so-called crisis resolution ability refers to the ability to take timely measures against changes in environment, conditions and opponents, and is one of the basic abilities that contemporary people should have. With the rapid development of society, people will inevitably encounter various emergencies when carrying out various tasks, and it is difficult to adapt to the development and changes of society without strong crisis resolution ability. Everyone's crisis resolution ability may be different: on the one hand, it is innate factors, such as people with blood are more resilient than those with mucus; On the other hand, it is acquired factors, which require necessary knowledge, excellent wisdom, agile mind and rich experience. For example, people who have been engaged in intense work for a long time have stronger crisis solving ability than those who have a comfortable job. So adaptability can be improved by culture. Under normal circumstances, the main training methods are not afraid of falling, being brave in practice, being good at summing up, drawing inferences from others, accumulating constantly and using flexibly.
