The school, formerly known as Fuzhou Sheikh Kindergarten Normal School, was established in 19 15. With a history of 100 years of normal education, he is a pioneer in the field of pre-school normal education and primary art normal education in Fujian Province. In May 2005, Fujian Children's Development Vocational College was established on the basis of the merger of Fuzhou Kindergarten Normal School and Fuzhou Art Normal School.
