Xingang Community in Sanya City is located in Jiyang District, Sanya City. On October 20th, 2023/KLOC-0, the community successfully held the first formal election meeting of neighborhood committees, which marked that the community officially became a grass-roots autonomous organization with independent legal personality.

The establishment of Xingang community is to strengthen the construction of grass-roots organizations and grass-roots political power, protect the democratic rights of the residents according to law, facilitate the production and life of the people, and improve the level of self-management, self-education and self-service of community residents.

In addition, the community also actively explores a new model of grassroots governance, implements the mechanism of building directors serving the masses, rationally divides multiple districts and buildings, and selects building directors to better serve the people in the jurisdiction.
