1, continue learning.
With the deepening of reform and social development, political theory is constantly enriched and developed. We must never be satisfied with our education and original knowledge. We must constantly learn and update our knowledge in order to adapt our understanding to the needs of development. Knowledge is related and interoperable. Therefore, only by mastering rich knowledge, especially practical knowledge, can we achieve mastery by analogy, make teaching lively and interesting, handy and handy, stimulate students' interest in learning and arouse their curiosity. However, in the era of knowledge explosion, it is often difficult for us to keep up with the development of the situation. Therefore, we must establish the concept of lifelong learning, constantly absorb new knowledge, enrich the knowledge of other disciplines, and keep pace with the times. Constantly reflect on teaching, learn from others, sum up your own experience in education and teaching, and strive to make your education and teaching less detours and make students willing to accept it. A student once said to me, "teacher, I was not interested in thinking class, but I was interested in thinking class just because I liked your class." . In order to recharge, I often buy books, whether it is books on education and teaching, magazines, history, economics, psychological interviews and so on. Communicate with students and people at different levels of society as often as possible and apply them to teaching. Enriching classroom teaching, combining with your own rich experience, and often telling students about your own experience may have such an effect.
2. Be brave in reflection
Teachers should have profound and profound subject knowledge, and more importantly, they should have the courage to reflect, face and improve their own deviations and mistakes, so as to continuously improve their professional ability. This requires teachers to actively participate in teaching research, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, be brave in practice, be good at summing up, constantly explore and master good methods of ideological and moral teaching, and effectively implement quality education. I write a sentence or two to myself after almost every class, sometimes not much. Constantly reflect, always remind yourself, how do the students reflect on this class? I will care about every word of the students. I remember once, a student whispered to me in class, "Teacher, can you finish a class later?" It turned out that when I was in class, the content of preparing lessons sometimes could not be completed on time. The key is that my language is not concise enough except for casual content. After listening to this sentence, I wrote it in the lesson preparation book to remind myself that it really can't be like this again. This in itself is a teaching requirement! It is difficult to achieve "I save myself three times a day", but it is still possible to reflect on myself often.
3. Be a teacher.
Teachers must take noble teachers' morality as a model for students, and use noble words and deeds to drive students to cultivate their minds and make a career. This requires teachers to do the following: ① In speech, they should be responsible for the country, the society and the students, and have different views on the society, and they should not mislead the students with wild words, because the students' understanding of the society is still immature. (2) In terms of etiquette, always be a teacher everywhere, ask students to do it, and the teacher will do it first. For example, my Mandarin is not very good, I speak quickly, and I will remind myself to pay attention when giving lectures. When my Mandarin pronunciation is inaccurate or there are typos, students can point them out in time to help me correct them. These are all my gains in recent years. It is precisely because I can treat my mistakes correctly that students are deeply affected. I remember once in Class 0/08, Grade 3, a student broke the rules in class. At that time, I didn't know who it was, but I said, it doesn't matter if you made a mistake. As long as you admit it and correct it, we will forgive him. After that, a classmate stood up. At that time, I was really happy. It's not that the students made a mistake, but that I don't have to check one by one. I may be embarrassed because I can't find them. More importantly, students know their mistakes and dare to admit them.
4. Respect students
This is probably the most important point. Students should respect teachers, but teachers should also respect students' rights and students' specialties, personalities and personalities. Some teachers are always "considerate" of students, thinking that they are good for students, and often ignore the rights of students. As a result, classes are often dragged on, students' recess time is squeezed, students' small classes are casually diverted, and endless homework will inevitably make students feel bored and disgusted over time. Even if you do something wrong, you dare not face it. I remember last semester, there was a class, probably because the ideological and moral course in the senior high school entrance examination was only for graduation, and the students didn't care much. A student with good grades feels uninterested in class and copies English. I reminded her once, but she still went her own way. I was so angry that I tore her notebook in half in front of my classmates. Suddenly, the classroom is very quiet, because everyone knows that I usually don't get angry. In silence, continue to complete the content. After class, I talked with the students to find out what she thought. I apologized to her and the students admitted her mistake. In class again, I apologized to the student in front of the whole class. Some students don't understand that it is wrong to write English in ideological and moral class! I didn't explain this too much, mainly because teachers make mistakes. I remember very clearly that my classmates applauded me at that time. In this way, I won the trust of the students. Many students often talk to me about their psychological words and even ask me to give them advice. I respect students, and students respect me. Both students who attend classes and students who don't attend classes are very close to me. This may be a happier thing as a teacher.
5. Stay happy.
Only the teacher's relaxed and happy teaching can make students happy to get close to the teacher and receive education, and can infect students' happy feelings. Of course, teachers are human. In real life, there are all kinds of troubles and disappointments, so it is difficult to keep a happy attitude. But as long as we are student-centered, teaching and educating people as the center, forget about our work, try our best to get rid of the annoyance when facing students, adjust our mood, keep a good mood and bring students a smile. Visit students often, care about their pain, and mingle with them. Once in class, two students quarreled over a trivial matter in their seats. At that time, I was also very angry, and my face sank, revealing unhappy emotions. The students all said, please don't be angry, teacher. Anger grows old. I am happy, so I quickly adjust my mood and continue my class. After class, I talked to the students alone and solved the problem.
