4 15 Safety Education Day is a festival established to enhance the national security awareness and safeguard national security. Five years have passed so far. Every national safety education day will carry out legal publicity activities, aiming at improving national security and awareness of the rule of law, creating a strong atmosphere of the rule of law to safeguard national security, and enhancing the ability to prevent and resist security risks. The National Security Education Day for Extended Information is held on April 15 every year and adopted at the the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) meeting on July 15.

Set the background

On July 1 2065438, the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) passed the National Security Law. At this time, China is faced with the dual pressures of safeguarding national sovereignty, security and development interests externally and maintaining political security and social stability internally. Various factors that threaten security risks are increasing day by day, and security problems in non-traditional fields are becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a comprehensive national security law to cope with the new situation of national security. In order to implement and publicize the national safety education, 4 15 safety education day was born.
