Ge, a special teacher of Changshu Greenland Experimental Primary School in Jiangsu; Special-grade teachers in Jiangsu Province, members of the Foreign Language Teaching Professional Committee of Jiangsu Education Society, and special researchers of the Su School Education Research Center, nearly 100 papers have won awards or been published at or above the provincial level, and they have gradually formed a teaching style of "independence, integration and creation" in the classroom and scientific research.
