Article 24 Woodworking must comply with the requirements for the use of labor protection articles and the safe use of woodworking tools.

Appendix 1: The use of labor protection articles requires carpenters to wear work clothes and labor protection shoes, fasten buttons and cuffs, and wear personal labor protection articles such as safety helmet, safety rope and safety belt when working at height. It is forbidden to go to work without wearing labor protection articles according to regulations. 1. The safety helmet must be worn correctly and firmly, and cannot shake to prevent it from falling off; (4) A space of 20 ~ 50 mm must be kept between the top of the cap liner and the top of the cap shell, so as to ensure that the cap body has enough buffer space when it is impacted, which is also beneficial to the ventilation between the head and the cap body at ordinary times; (5) It is forbidden to use a helmet with only the chin strap connected to the cap shell, that is, it is forbidden to use a helmet without a buffer layer in the cap; (6) The safety helmet should be checked regularly. If the hat is cracked, dented, cracked or badly worn, it should be replaced immediately. Any helmet that has been hit hard, whether damaged or not, should be scrapped. 4. Seat belt (1) Before using the seat belt, check whether all parts are in good condition, and replace them if they are worn by more than one fifth or the rope is broken; (2) When using, it must be hung high and used low, and it is forbidden to hang low and use high. The hanging point should be firm, not tied with rope, and the hook should be hung on the connecting ring; (3) The protective sleeve shall be kept intact to prevent the lanyard from being worn. If it is found that the protective sleeve is damaged or falls off, a new protective sleeve must be added before use; (4) It is forbidden to extend the seat belt without authorization. If a long rope of more than 3 meters is used, a buffer must be added, and all components are not allowed to be disassembled or modified at will; (5) Pay attention to maintenance and storage after use. Appendix II: Requirements for Safe Use of Woodworking Tools 1. Claw hammer (1) shall not be used when its handle is scarred, perforated and cracked; (2) The handle must be installed firmly and checked for looseness during use. If it is loose, it needs to be tightened, and a chisel should be added to the handle end; (3) It is forbidden to wear gloves when using.
