Educational Psychology 1 Training Experience Summary

Through the study of the compulsory course of continuing education in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, I have a brand-new understanding and profound feelings about the two courses of Teachers' Professional Ethics and Ideals and Educational Psychology.

Learning teachers' professional ethics makes me more loyal to people's education. Loyal to the people's education requires not only our teachers to carry forward the candle spirit, but also teachers to consciously obey the arrangements of the party and the people, go where the motherland needs it most, be willing to be a ladder and be hard gardeners. Only in this way can we devote ourselves to the cause of education, devote ourselves to the cause of education all our lives, and open the door for academic students to step into scientific knowledge with the key of our own wisdom. Use their lofty moral character and sound personality to shape students' beautiful hearts.

Learning teachers' professional ethics makes me love my students more. Loving students is the source of strength and spiritual motivation for teachers to do a good job in education. Only when teachers have this moral emotion can they have a strong desire to do a good job in education. Do everything possible to teach students well. Confucius said, "Love them, can you work hard?" ? In short, can you not teach? "That's the truth.

Being able to learn teachers' professional ethics has made me understand that I should set an example in everything. Teachers are engaged in the work of cultivating people, and the most influential part of teachers' labor is "setting an example", that is to say, teachers educate students with their own knowledge, ideological quality and personality charm, and students at all levels consciously or unconsciously regard teachers as their role models. Teachers are the reference for students to learn to be human, so people often say that "teachers are mirrors and students are teachers' shadows." "Leading by example requires teachers to be consistent in words and deeds and behave dignified and generous. Otherwise, it will have a bad influence on students unconsciously.

Learning teachers' professional ethics can not only promote us to realize our ideals, but also help us to continuously improve the level of education and teaching, and it is also the basis for establishing a new democratic and equal teacher-student relationship.

After reading Educational Psychology and reviewing our teaching practice, many teaching phenomena actually coincide with the theory in the book, which is instructive experience for our education and teaching.

Often complain that children are not serious in class and their academic performance is not ideal. It turns out that many children are tired of learning, afraid to go to school and see their teachers. A great understanding of these psychological theories is of great help to my education and teaching, so that I can stop "blindly operating" and act according to "reason" and have rules to follow. Educate with love, affection and heart. To turn the "fence of the soul" into a "garden of the soul", we must water it with kindness, use culture as soil, use wisdom as sunshine, and use rational thinking as research. Take good care of it, make it always green, colorful and fruitful, and really bring happiness to children's growth and lifelong development. Part of the reason lies in "helplessness in learning", and it is not just a problem of learning.

For children, due to physical and mental immaturity, the ability of self-control and restraint is relatively weak. If they always fail, their interest in things will be greatly reduced, especially those activities that require long-term efforts, such as study. Once you lose confidence in your study, it will be difficult to continue your study, and of course there will be no good results.

Therefore, for children, we must give more encouragement, let them taste more success and experience the joy brought by more success. Only in this way can children turn heavy learning tasks into internal motivation, and with internal motivation and interest, learning can become easy. At the same time, after experiencing more success, children will be more confident and willing to try difficulties, face challenges and overcome themselves, so that there will be a virtuous circle and continuous progress.

Therefore, teachers' professional ethics is the spiritual pillar that runs through the whole process of education. Learning teachers' professional ethics has benefited me a lot. I will always use it to spur myself and make it a bright light in my education!

From the aspects of using educational psychology to discover students, care for students, motivate students, guide students, shape themselves, create highlights of daily teaching and cultivate students' comprehensive psychological quality, this paper analyzes and summarizes how teachers use educational psychology knowledge in education and how to use psychological knowledge to make their education more effective.

Summary of training experience in educational psychology II

Recently, through the training and study of educational theory, especially the basic knowledge of pedagogy and educational psychology, I have learned a lot about pedagogy and educational psychology and gained a lot. At the same time, I also reflected and thought deeply about my criticism of the current educational system and mechanism, as well as China's educational goals and training goals, which was based on no theory and no systematic knowledge. Through the study of the two subjects, I realize that to be an excellent teacher or educator is not just a simple classroom sermon, but a comprehensive teaching actor who integrates knowledge, technology, wisdom, experience and reflection and criticism.

Under the current educational background and ideological trend, students from different countries and regions, different age characteristics and different living habits, as a qualified excellent teacher, should be a pioneer in ordinary and extraordinary social development with knowledge and wisdom, moral cultivation, teaching and educating people, passionate innovation, teachers' academic accomplishment and professional accomplishment, enthusiasm and sympathy, full of motivation and imagination. It is the most powerful guarantee to teach students the basic knowledge and skills of system science (operational skills and psychological skills), to ensure the realization of national education goals and training goals, to improve the quality of courses and teaching, to improve students' physical and mental quality, and to promote students' healthy growth and success. It is also the most powerful and reliable guarantee to realize the development of national productive forces, the improvement of scientific and technological level and the improvement of China's comprehensive national strength. As Comrade Deng Xiaoping, the chief architect of the reform and opening-up, said, "Science and technology are the primary productive forces." If we want to realize that China is short of cutting-edge science and technology and lags behind developed countries, teachers can cultivate a large number of talents to revitalize national science and technology. Therefore, as excellent teachers, we should be proud of our profession, we should work quietly in education and teaching, we should shoulder the responsibility of cultivating the outstanding backbone of the motherland, and give full play to the potential of students to cultivate high-quality innovative social talents. I attach great importance to and cherish the training of the two courses, in order to understand students' learning behavior and educators' teaching behavior with more knowledge of pedagogy and educational psychology, guide me to the current educational system and mechanism in China with scientific methodology, and make fair and reasonable guidance and criticism on education in China!

Here's what I learned recently:

First of all, I know some basic theoretical knowledge. Through the systematic study of pedagogy, we can understand the historical development process of pedagogy, the influence of comprehensive factors on educational development, the relevant knowledge of individual development and the basic spirit of educational purpose in China, as well as teaching activities closely related to teachers such as teaching, curriculum theory and class management. Through the study of educational psychology, we have a preliminary understanding of the development of pedagogy, the basic theory of learning, learning motivation, learning strategies and learning transfer, the nature and cultivation of attitude and quality, related knowledge of mental health, and psychology related to teaching process, such as teaching design, teaching measurement and evaluation, teacher psychology, students' learning psychology and learning behavior. This is just the general system knowledge in this training. The following is a brief comment on the obvious shortcomings and defects in China's education system and mechanism in combination with the textbooks "Pedagogy" and "Educational Psychology". Next, I will train the problems existing in China's current education in the form of serial numbers.

One of the problems: due to the influence of ancient teaching ideas, China's education system still has a strong class nature, autocracy and rigidity. Throughout the development of China's education, from Confucius and Mencius in ancient times to Neo-Confucianism in Cheng Zhu, Confucian educational thought played an important role in China's ancient education, and then to Dong Zhongshu in Han Dynasty who "ousted a hundred schools of thought and respected Confucianism alone", the imperial examination system in Sui and Tang Dynasties, Neo-Confucianism in Cheng Zhu and the eight-part essay after Ming Dynasty. The leadership of education in China is completely in the hands of the rulers, which leads to the absoluteness and class nature of education, while the scope and means of education are too rigid, which is the rigidity of ancient education. However, since China took office, the leadership of education has not been relaxed, and education is still excessively biased towards serving political parties and classes. Our current teaching class and form are too simple and rigid, and students have become machines to do problems. To change this situation, our government and our party need to relax their political symbolic role in education and give more freedom and leadership to school education and local education. Education is relatively independent of politics to some extent, which is conducive to the democracy and development of education!

The second problem: the development of economy runs counter to the development of education. Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China's economic construction has made remarkable achievements, which is obvious to all. However, China's school education has not produced world-class talents. The most fundamental reason is that economic development and education development are not synchronized. China's education expenditure is less than 4% of the national economy. Education investment is insufficient, so many schools have insufficient investment in infrastructure and educational facilities, which is more obvious in colleges and universities. In my opinion, if a nation or a country wants to maintain its relative talent advantage and economic advantage forever, education expenditure should account for 10% of national economic income, so as to promote the sustainable development of education.

The third problem: the unclear educational purpose, unreasonable curriculum structure and outdated teaching methods are the most critical factors affecting the quality of education in China. Due to the influence of politics, China's educational purpose is to cultivate socialist builders and successors, develop students' intelligence, physical strength and creativity, and attach importance to students' personality development. Can this and its abstract and empty three paragraphs contain all the educational purposes of our country? In fact, the formulation of educational goals is still not comprehensive and reasonable enough. It is an indisputable fact that China's curriculum structure is too simple. Chinese, mathematics and English are the main subjects in primary schools, but according to the curriculum standards, comprehensive practical courses have been offered in the third grade of primary schools in China. I think this course without grading is ignored and useless for many schools and students. In middle school education, we adopt subject-based courses, which are divided into liberal arts and science. I think this division of disciplines is necessary, and students' unique interests and hobbies should be highlighted. At present, many teachers in our country, influenced by traditional educational ideas, only systematically impart basic knowledge to students and only know the mode of guiding teaching, and have never tried discovery education, situational teaching and cooperative learning. Therefore, many teachers only instill students' knowledge without guiding them to discover knowledge, which is very unfavorable to the cultivation of students' personality and creativity. I think this is also an aspect of our education failure, and it is also an important reason why we can't train outstanding talents. To solve this problem, I think Japan has done the best in this respect. Japan has allocated excellent young teachers for primary education. From the psychological point of view, primary education is a crucial period to cultivate students' personality, creativity and thinking ability. In China, on the contrary, primary schools are equipped with the lowest-level teachers.

Question 4: Moral education is written and spoken, but it is not put into practice in daily life. Our education in China attaches great importance to moral education (as well as attitude and moral education). Moral education has been offered since the first grade of primary school, but the quality of our students in China and China has not been improved accordingly. I think moral education is an internalized process. It is our process from compliance to identification to internalization. Piaget's cognitive moral theory and Kohlberg's moral dilemma, I think, are good ways to cultivate students' moral education. Mastering these moral cultivation methods requires teachers' knowledge and ability. At the same time, the formation of morality should also attach importance to family moral education, which is an effective means to check and supervise children's morality.

Question 5: Due to the traditional educational background, the teacher management is too casual and the class management is relatively backward. In our country, due to the influence of the ability and accomplishment of the head teacher, there are common problems in the class management of middle schools in our country. Moreover, because of the influence of scores and the professional authority of the head teacher, the class management of the head teacher is too casual. There is also the low enthusiasm of students to participate in class management. I don't think every class teacher has these problems, but they are common in middle school education in our country. This requires our head teacher to establish democratic educational ideas, respect students, and actively communicate with students, establish a good teacher-student relationship and establish a friend-like teacher-student relationship. The head teacher is the designer of class construction, the leader of class organization and the artist of interpersonal communication. This reflects the importance attached to the role of class teacher under the modern institutionalized education system oriented by class.

The sixth problem: school education ignores the mental health education for students. In China's existing education system, psychology courses are basically not offered in primary schools, junior high schools and senior high schools, and most universities only offer a few courses formally. This shows that China's education system is not student-oriented, paying no attention to students' physical and mental health and personality development, and paying no attention to students' mental health problems. The purpose of mental health education is to prevent mental illness, ensure the needs of students' mental health, improve students' psychological quality, promote the healthy development of their personality, and provide theoretical basis for education and teaching. Therefore, mental health education is very important. As an important subject, it should really teach students to solve psychological problems or provide psychological counseling and treatment.

Seventh question: China's education does not attach importance to students' personality development, and the innovative consciousness and ability of school education are basically zero. In the educational thinking mode of many teachers, students with personality are the kind of bad students. In fact, individuality and individuality are important characteristics of creativity. In teaching, we don't ignore or isolate students with individuality. We should teach students in accordance with their aptitude and pay attention to cultivating students' personality and creativity.

Question 8: Educational resources are unevenly distributed in space. In China, due to the influence of economic development level and long-term history, China's national economy as a whole is relatively developed in the eastern region, relatively backward in the central and western regions, relatively fast in urban development and relatively backward in rural development. This double imbalance in China's economic development has led to the development of education in China, but at the same time, it also presents related problems. At present, in some backward areas or remote villages, education investment and education and teaching infrastructure are quite backward. In the vast rural areas in the west and some villages with relatively small populations in the central and eastern regions, even school teachers are quite scarce. To change this spatial imbalance, the state and education departments need to strengthen poverty alleviation education, improve financial support for education, and solidly promote the development of local education.

Of course, because our society is in a transitional zone, our education system and mechanism are also facing a major turning point. We should seriously reflect on why under our education system, we can't cultivate outstanding talents with innovative ability in one aspect. This problem deserves our deep thought and reflection!
