UPSI University is an institution of higher learning with a long history and profound cultural background. It belongs to the Ministry of Education and has a royal background. Founded on1922165438+129 October, it is the only national education university in Malaysia. Now it uses two campuses. The third campus is under construction. At present, there are 8 18 teachers at all levels and 0/069 administrators. Strong teachers, rich teaching resources and complete supporting facilities for software and hardware.

It is located in Tanjung Malin, Perak, the second largest state in Malaysia, which is a powerful educational country in Asia, 60 kilometers away from the capital Kuala Lumpur, with pleasant climate, beautiful scenery and rich tourism resources. The local residents are mainly Chinese, Malays and Indians. They communicate in English every day and all ethnic groups live in harmony. There are many local Chinese, and they have inherited excellent Chinese culture. It is the most authentic region that preserves Chinese culture except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Because of the small cultural differences, students can easily integrate into the local society.

At present, UPSI has nine colleges, namely, College of Language and Communication, College of Music and Performing Arts, College of Education and Human Development, College of Technical and Vocational Education, College of Management and Economics, College of Science and Mathematics, College of Humanities, College of Sports Science and Sports Training, College of Computing Arts and Creative Industries. There are complete majors and rich courses, and non-educational and educational majors are offered according to the actual needs of students. European and American educational systems and teaching methods are adopted, and the classroom teaching forms are flexible and diverse, which mainly cultivate students' problem-solving ability, creativity and teamwork ability.

Local students are assigned by the government after graduation, and they can directly work in government agencies and institutions, which shows the social status of UPSI. Over the years, UPSI has trained a large number of outstanding talents for all walks of life, including Zaba, the literary giant "the father of modern Malay literature", and Jiahua Baba, the former deputy prime minister.

Since 2002, UPSI has accelerated the process of internationalization, continuously strengthened cultural and educational exchanges and cooperation, and started to recruit international students, and in 2008, it enrolled China students. According to the development direction of international majors, industry changes and students' needs, UPSI has continuously enriched the courses for international students. Among them, international students can choose more than 50 undergraduate majors, more than 80 master majors and more than 30 doctoral majors. At the same time, UPSI has carried out various forms of exchanges and cooperation with universities in many countries in the world, especially in Europe and America. There are more than 150 cooperative universities in the United States alone, and the level of international education is constantly improving.

Now the country's Belt and Road policy has affected Malaysia. Of course, it provides a good development space for students studying there. Our large domestic enterprises have set up offices or branches there. Of course, we also need international students who are familiar with local humanities, economy, society and politics and can communicate in two directions.
