In order to implement the outline of education planning, deepen the reform of teacher education, comprehensively improve the quality of teacher training, and build a team of high-quality professional teachers, the following opinions are put forward on promoting the reform of teacher education curriculum and implementing the "Teacher Education Curriculum Standards (Trial)".
First, innovate the concept of teacher education curriculum. Teacher education curriculum plays an important role in the training of teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, and is a key link to improve the quality of teacher education. Focusing on the goal of cultivating high-quality professional teachers, we should adhere to the concepts of education-oriented, practice-oriented and lifelong learning, implement the Teacher Education Curriculum Standards (Trial), innovate the teacher training mode, strengthen the practice link, strengthen the cultivation of teachers' morality and teaching ability, and focus on cultivating normal students' sense of social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability.
Second, optimize the curriculum structure of teacher education. Under the guidance of "Three Orientations", an open and compatible teacher education curriculum system is constructed, which embodies advanced educational concepts. Adapt to the reform and development of basic education, follow the law of teachers' growth, and scientifically set up public basic courses, subject characteristic courses and teacher education courses for teachers' education majors. Discipline theory is closely integrated with educational practice, and the course of educational practice is not less than one semester. According to the learning fields, suggested modules and credit requirements of the Teacher Education Curriculum Standard (Trial), we will formulate targeted teacher education curriculum programs for kindergartens, primary schools and middle schools to ensure that new teachers can basically adapt to the new basic education curriculum needs.
Third, reform the course content. It is necessary to organically integrate the socialist core value system into the course textbooks, select the course contents that are of great value to the cultivation of excellent teachers, and enrich the latest achievements of cutting-edge knowledge, educational reform and educational research into the teaching contents, especially to absorb the new achievements of children's research, learning science, psychological science and information technology in time. Excellent teaching cases in primary and secondary schools should be regarded as an important part of teacher education curriculum. Strengthen the construction of information technology courses, improve the information literacy of normal students and the ability to use information technology to promote teaching.
Fourth, develop high-quality curriculum resources. Implement the "National Excellent Curriculum Construction Plan for Teacher Education" and build a colorful and high-quality national excellent curriculum resource library for teacher education through scientific research, evaluation and overseas introduction. Vigorously promote and use "national excellent courses" and share high-quality curriculum resources.
Fifth, improve teaching methods and means. Take teaching reform as the core link of teacher education curriculum reform, so that the spirit of basic education curriculum reform can be implemented in the training process of normal students, and the ability of new teachers to implement the new curriculum can be comprehensively improved. In subject teaching, we should pay attention to cultivating normal students' understanding of subject knowledge and perception of subject thought. Make full use of diversified teaching methods such as simulated classroom, on-site teaching, situational teaching and case analysis to enhance the learning interest of normal students, improve teaching efficiency and strive to improve their learning ability, practical ability and innovation ability. Strengthen the development and application of modern educational technology based on information technology, and apply modern educational technology to teaching.
Sixth, strengthen practical education. Strengthen the basic vocational skills training of normal students, strengthen educational probation, and provide more opportunities to observe the lectures of famous teachers. Normal students go to primary and secondary schools and kindergartens for no less than one semester. Support the establishment of a number of experimental zones for teacher education reform and innovation, and build long-term and stable educational practice bases in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens. Colleges and universities, primary and secondary schools should send teachers with strong sense of responsibility and rich experience to serve as practice instructors for normal students. Vigorously carry out educational practice activities, go deep into rural primary and secondary schools, guide and educate normal students to establish a strong sense of social responsibility and mission. Actively carry out practical teaching and on-the-job training for normal students serving rural education.
Seven, strengthen the training and education of teachers. Pay attention to the cultivation of teachers' temperament in the future, create a good educational and cultural atmosphere, stimulate normal students' interest in educational practice, and establish the belief of long-term and lifelong teaching. Invite excellent principals and teachers of primary and secondary schools to set an example for normal students and feel the life pursuit of famous teachers and teachers' professional quality. Carry out colorful quality training and competition activities for normal students, and attach importance to shaping the personality charm of future teachers. Strengthen teachers' professional ethics education, and make the Code of Professional Ethics for Primary and Secondary School Teachers a compulsory course for teachers' education.
Eight, the construction of high-level teachers. Take effective measures to attract and motivate high-level teachers to undertake the teaching tasks of educational courses. Support college teachers to actively carry out the experiment of primary and secondary education and teaching reform, and teachers who serve as educational courses should have experience in primary and secondary education services. Appoint famous teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens as part-time teachers, accounting for no less than 20% of the teaching teachers in educational courses. Form a mechanism for colleges and primary and secondary school teachers to jointly guide normal students, and implement a dual tutorial system.
Nine, the establishment of curriculum management and quality evaluation system. Carry out professional evaluation of normal education to ensure the quality of teacher training. Take the quality of training normal students as an important index to measure the level of running a university. The training of normal students should be included in the annual statistics and publication system of basic teaching status data in colleges and universities. Strengthen the management of teacher education courses and teaching materials.
Ten, strengthen organizational leadership and condition construction. Local education administrative departments should make overall planning, coordinate and guide, and actively support the reform of teacher education curriculum. Colleges and universities put the teaching reform of teacher education curriculum and the implementation of "Teacher Education Curriculum Standards (Trial)" into the overall planning of school development, concentrate on it, organize it carefully, and pay close attention to its implementation. The cultivation of normal students needs to establish and improve a strong teaching management organization system. Increase the investment in teacher education funds to ensure the funds needed for teacher education curriculum reform.
