E.S.-Education Supporter (Education Support) Every member of Shanglin will have its own E.S., which will be fully responsible for communicating with you on children's education and provide you with professional growth consulting services.

C.D.-On the edge of the Course Director, no one teaches children how to do it. What C.D. should do is to mobilize all resources in the field, including students, teachers, teaching materials, teaching AIDS, time and even emotions, build an educational situation, guide them according to their growth goals and current situation, and let them appreciate and solve problems themselves.
