Formative education view
We can all understand the importance of cultivating education. One of the most widely used words is Mr. Ye Shengtao's words: "Education is to cultivate good habits." So what should be done in practice? I think we should pay attention to the following points: first, cultivate the exemplary role of education. A sociologist once saw a young housewife always throw away the first slice when cutting vegetables. He asked why. The housewife said, I don't know, all I know is that my mother did it. I asked her mother again, and her mother replied the same thing. I asked her mother's mother, the woman's grandmother, and she said she didn't mean it. This shows that a certain behavior habit, as long as we adults do it, children will imitate it, especially in front of parents, teachers, principals and other people who have a very high position in children's minds. It can be seen that it is very important for school leaders and teachers to set an example for cultivating education. In some schools, we have noticed that they have formulated many rules and regulations, and I am afraid there are always more than a hundred. Look at these various regulations, and think of those students who are burdened. Then, dear principals and teachers, you should do it first. Second, the strengthening of training education. The formation of behavioral habits has a theoretical support in psychology, that is, the strengthening of behavioral psychology. The most famous is Skinner's box experiment: put a mouse or pigeon in the box and set a lever or key. The structure of the box excludes all external stimuli as much as possible. Animals can move freely in the box. When it presses the lever or pecks the key, a mass of food will fall into the plate under the box, and the animals can eat the food. Skinner found through experiments that the learning behavior of animals occurs under intensified stimulation. Skinner extended the learning behavior of animals to humans. He believes that although human learning behavior is much more complicated than that of animals, it also needs operational conditioning. It can be seen that there is a certain "stimulus" strengthening effect, that is, certain operating conditions, which has a great effect on children's learning behavior habits. This theory is also widely used to correct students' behavior habits. Third, cultivate educational differences. Modern educational concept advocates people-oriented, which is very different from the stereotyped and one-sided "factory-style" production and "factory-style" education under the background of industrialization. Therefore, in modern education, we should pay full attention to the individual differences of students. Just like planting flowers, a pot of Clivia needs watering once every half a month, while a pot of cactus may only need watering once a month. If you water it too much, it may rot the roots. As children with strong plasticity, our educators should give meticulous care, use different educational methods for children with different personalities, truly teach students in accordance with their aptitude, truly face all students, and never let a student fall behind. Fourthly, cultivate the emotion of education. When training animals in zoos and circuses, the method is relatively simple. Whips and food are enough! But not suitable for children. Because man is a man because he has advanced psychological functions different from other animals. He has language, thinking and subjective initiative. If we only educate him with whips and food, it may arouse his potential animal nature, barbarism, irritability, simplicity, hostility and so on. Therefore, educators should use their brains to influence children with emotional power, so that children can accept your views from the heart. Fifth, cultivate the durability of education. Cultivating education is an eternal theme, which cannot be achieved overnight. It needs the long-term efforts and wisdom of educators. After serving as the director of Panjin Education Bureau, Mr. Wei Shusheng holds six meetings every year, one of which is about promoting education. The children graduated in batches, the children entered the school in batches, and the new cultivation education will begin again. Therefore, in this sense, school education is a repetitive work, and the object of education is different, but the connotation of the work has not changed, that is, to train a group of children into useful talents for society, and this work will never stop. Sixth, cultivate the sociality of education. Furthermore, fostering education is not only a matter for the education department, but also a matter for the country. Children should not only study at school, but also learn more knowledge from society all the time. Therefore, it is far from enough for our education to rely solely on schools, especially for the formation of behavior habits. Society should bear greater responsibility. The school will temporarily teach him how to do it, and society will affect whether he can continue to do it. To this end, we should mobilize social forces to participate in the education of children's development and do this well, which will benefit generations.
