Two universities. Heyang Institute of Education and Technology is an independent college approved by the Ministry of Education and jointly run by China Geo University and Heyang Education Investment Co., Ltd. under the new mechanism and mode. It is a teaching-oriented university with the characteristics of geography and engineering as the main body. The campus covers an area of 300 mu with a building area of more than 450,000 square meters.
