Professor Wang Mingke is currently teaching in the College of Literature of Fuyang Normal University. He graduated from the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts in his early years, was an expert in communication evaluation of doctoral dissertations of the Ministry of Education, and was also the founder of the "New Resentment Theory". He worked in Northwest Normal University and Shandong Normal University, served as an associate professor at Jiangxi Normal University, and later became a professor at Kashgar University.
