3.5. 1 Application materials for domestic academic qualifications certification (third-party certification institution)
(1). To apply for general higher education certification, you need to provide graduation certificate, original ID card and copy.
(2) To apply for adult and online education certification, you need to submit the original and photocopy of graduation certificate and ID card. Adult, network and open education. , need to be certified as "junior college" at the same time.
(3). To apply for military academic certification, you need to submit the original and photocopy of graduation certificate, ID card and military officer's card, the letter of approval of citizens applying for enlistment, a copy of the certificate of active service or retirement, and a copy of the student status or graduation registration form in your personal file. Among them, those who have obtained military growth cadre education since 1992 need to provide supplementary approval for soldiers' admission; Since 1994, those who have participated in the general college entrance examination and entered the school to obtain academic qualifications need to supplement the "Approval Letter for High School Graduates from Ordinary Middle Schools to Enter Military Colleges and Universities"; If you have no military status during your study in school, please indicate it when you apply.
(4). To apply for self-taught academic certification, the original and photocopy of graduation certificate and ID card shall be submitted. If the certificate is "correspondence, satellite TV education, and self-taught training for higher teachers", the teacher qualification certificate of the certificate holder shall be provided at the same time.
(5) To apply for private education certification, the original and photocopy of graduation certificate and ID card, and the certificate of graduation institution shall be submitted.
